Dr. Ki is the worst dentist. When I went for my initial appt, she gave me a terrible diagnose on my teeth. She recommended at least 5 treatments for my teeth. She also asked me if I brushed my teeth I couldn't believe she asked me that question. My previous dentist was a good friend of mine and she had just whitened my teeth a few months before relocating to VA. Dr. Ki recommended that I have a deep cleaning for my teeth. She suggested doing one side of my teeth for deep cleaning. Her treatment was brutal, and I was in so much pain. My mouth gums bleed for close to two hours. I had to call the office back and ask why? She also recommended that treatment for my husband. After that experience, I found a wonderful new dentist. Just as I had suspected, I did not need the 5 treatments as she quoted. She underestimated me, and thought she could scam my family. I would not recommend her at all. She is a terrible dentist that is out to make money. She is not concerned about her patients.

I went in for a cleaning, and the doctor and the staff were very nice and informative. The office was extremely clean. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist to my friends.

I was so happy with Dr.Laura, i was so relaxed for the first time for my dental appointment..Her staff also was extremely nice..I would recommend her to any one looking for a new dentist

I went in for a general cleaning with no tooth ache or sensitivity in any of my teeth.she said i ahd two cavities that needed to be filled after the first cleaning and scheduled a appointment after two weeks but charged me on my first visit before the services were performed! Her reason for that? Nothing logical, just wanted to make sure i would not cancel for any reason!after the filling was done, I had tooth ache, sensitivity and cannot chew anything hard on that side of mouth! She asked me to come for a follow up visit to make sure it got corrected, but no use, i am still in pain. I would recommend, do not go there, i felt she drilled too deep in my teeth, made it worse on purpose to earn money.

This is a terrible dentist. After only a week after receiving a filling from Dr. Ki it fell out while I was eating cottage cheese. When I returned to her office to have it replace she said I then needed a crown. The shot she gave me for the filling was extremely painful and continued to hurt up until I returned to inquire about a replacement filling. She told me because I missed one check up at my six months mark that I needed a deep cleaning and that she was willing to help me schedule payments which she knows my insurance does not cover. Every time I go in I am required by her to receive x-rays (full mouth pano). I feel she does what it takes to make money and even providing a gapped filling to do so. I receive phone calls constantly from her office to this day even when I asked to no longer be called. I do not wish her poor services on anyone.

I have nothing to complain about...i came here just to get a second opinion and she took care of a cavity that my original dentist didnt even catch. The prices at my old dentist were OUTRAGEOUS!! I am happy to say she's definitely a keeper :) and not just the dentist but the staff is GREAT...i felt like a little kid again :) Great Experience!!!

This my first time at this practice and it was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough how friendly and warm the staff was. I had heard about this office because I had received a welcome letter/postcard in the mail referring to a special for cleaning for $79.00. I felt like I needed a cleaning. Since it has been a while since my last visit I felt that was a great deal. The doctor herself was very friendly and promt. She took time to explain my examination and needless to say I left with a big white smile!! I would defenetly will consider making this my new permant office!! 5 stars!

They have charged me $285 for whole mouth cleaning. But the service I received was nothing but regular teeth cleaning, which should not cost more than $80 (according to them)

She is only on time and always has open availibility because the patients never want to come back!!Her practice is falling apart and she should just give up! Please avoid any regret and find yourself a good dentist who speaks english and who knows what they're doing!!!
