Dr Anderso is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She has great epafhy fir the oain her patients endure and works hard to fine options for them. I have many Dr's and have had in the past. She's one if the very best. She works in conjunction with my respirologist, Dr Marcoux to save me time and Dr's appointments. Wouldn't trade Dr Anderson for anyone

She is always on time. She listens to my concerns. She does not push unnecessary prescriptions. She has given me my life back since she started treating me for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

My experience was disappointing beginning with the staff as well. I was from out of town and preferred phone appointment as Covid had been around for a few months already, but was told I should come in given what I was saying. I drove 3 hours to get a poorly done physical exam from a student and given standard blood test paperwork when the dr actually came in. Thus putting myself, my wife, and others at risk for the benefit of her student. My future appointments were booked without consulting me as I wouldn’t have booked them. And after a few negative blood tests she dismissed my case as something she doesn’t know (but knows it’s not rheumatoid related) and I should seek a second opinion. One year wasted on someone who may be great at fitting you into a box, maybe less so when you don’t fit.

Both my husband are her patients & we can’t say enough good things about her. On my last visit she checked other joints & ordered an x-ray to make sure there wasn’t another problem. The last few appts. I didn’t even get a chance to sit down after checking in.

First let me respond about her staff. They are rude, unwilling to take phone calls and not helpful at all. I have seen Dr A. for 12 years. At this point I am receiving the same care as day !. It isn't working! The only suggestion is have more cortison shots and continue the meds. My family dr. brought to my attention that I was being impacted negatively by overdose of one med. I now have damage to my eye sight. The pharmacist brought to my attention that one other med had a serious interaction with my meds. I hate dealing with the students she puts before me. I was told today I had few problems but am called every 3 months for an appt. I want to see another dr who can help me with the symptoms and problems I live with. As far as knowledgeable I agree she has knowledge but she doesn't help me.
