Junko is so lovely always positive, comes to each session with a smile on her face and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my treatment sessions every time :)

I initially went to see Junko to help with painful periods, which she was able to help immensely with. Since then, I’ve been seeing her for years for general wellness, becoming pregnant, and recovery from a car accident. Junko is truly skilled at what she does and so knowledgeable. Junko is incredibly compassionate, nonjudgmental, and never makes you feel rushed. It is clear she truly cares about her patients, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist!

I met Junko summer 2020 after ttc for 5yrs. As I wanted to feel like I'm doing everything I can to give my body the best chance, I started acupuncture. Within 6 months along with science I conceived but unfortunately miscarried @9 wks. Devasted... Junko was there to help me through this tough time. Fast forward 4 months later, I conceived again along with science (ivf) and now as I'm writing this my baby is napping on my lap.
Yinstill/Junko has played a main role in my pregnancy and I continue to see her for my overall well being.

I've been seeing junko for the past 5 years she was able to heal me of debilitating and mysterious vulvodynia which appear out of nowhere. I was in the depths of despair however thanks to Junko, Dr. Pentland and the rest of the knowledge and experiences Yinstill staff they were able to heal me and get me on a road map towards healing. Junko is incredible kind, caring and compassionate. She always looks out for me and truly cares about the her clients overall state and being. Junko has tremendous knowledge and scope on gynaecological problems along with an expansive history and resume of working around the world. I frequently joke and refer to her as a 'second mum'. Yinstill treats you like family and is assuring and knowledge about assisting you reach your goal of wellness every step of the way. I always feel safe and welcome when I am in their care. Thanks to Junko & Dr. Pentland they have inspired me to pursue a Rc. Acupuncturist diploma in TCM at the Tzu Chi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I love Yinstill they have been extremely instrumental in me overcoming chronic vaginal pain and distress. You will be in good hands under their care.

I first went to see Junko following a miscarriage and at a time when I was feeling very frustrated about our fertility journey. Her warm personality, practical advice on ways to focus my health to ready my body for pregnancy and her support and understanding throughout our sessions were incredibly important to me in a way that made me feel seen by someone who really understood what I was going through. After I became pregnant her support through the first trimester was wonderful - being new to acupuncture I was surprised at how relaxing and beneficial for my mind it was during an anxious time. I'm now 39 weeks pregnant and waiting to see when my baby boy chooses to arrive, with some gentle nudges from Junko and her well placed needles to encourage him along. I can't recommend Junko enough as a support through anyone's pregnancy journey, however it plays out for you.

I can’t say enough positive words about Junko! She has been a blessing to me throughout my entire (covid) pregnancy journey. Junko is an amazing listener and support. She’s become a good friend throughout the process and I’d recommend her to anyone that might be interested in acupuncture and fertility treatments. I look forward to seeing her each week and will hopefully visit often, postpartum.

I've been going to Yinstill since November 2017 and have had the pleasure to be treated by Junko. I was hesitant about the needles at first but Junko made me feel so relaxed and now it's nothing. I had a lot of issues with trying to heal my body to prep for IVF and Junko tried everything possible. We tried traditional Chinese medicine for a while and I'm happy that I didn't give up and she didn't let me give up and I'm a firm believer this really works with time and consistency! Thank you Junko and the other Acupuncturists I have worked with at Yinstill, I wouldn't be where I am now without the love and support! Keep doing what you're doing!

Junko and the entire admin staff(Chantal and the rest) at Yinstill Wellness are awesome people to work with. Everything is seamless. They listen and work with you to get the desired results. Never rushed, never judged. I love it here and mind you, I started going here during the pandemic. I bet the service is even better(if that's even possible) before the pandemic. Keep up the great work!
