Dismissive, couldn’t wait to get rid of us. Irresponsible & I would never recommend her to anyone. SO full of herself!

OMG came across this scary individual as a health professional in the public system.
So grandiose and unprofessional.

Keeps pushing you to read a book when all you need is a repeat script to keep your life on track. Much too expensive now, wants your fortnight centrelink payment for a 1 hour consult. Who can afford that much and not expect to end up homeless?

She is consistently 1+ hours late. Very expensive and does not seem to listen to you/remember what you have said. Knowledgeable about medication but very gives very poor life advice and is dismissive of trauma. Does not give you enough medication/script repeats to last until the next appointment, and is very heavily booked so you don't get your next appointment until weeks after she says you need it.

I was referred to Dr. Whebe in 2019 and I'm really happy with her approach. I've seen several other mental health practitioners in the past but Julie was the first to pick up on something essential that was missed and overlooked by others for years. I feel compelled to add that I find the criticism directed at Dr. Whebe's receptionist surprising and unwarranted. I've always found Michael to be professional, conscientious and friendly. He's gone above and beyond to help me with administrative issues and accessing medication, several times this year, and always in a timely manner!

I just finished a 5 week program at the Melbourne clinic as one of Dr Julie Wehbe’s patients, and I am so so grateful for the outcome I have received. This is the first time I have felt stable in what feels like a life time. Thank you Julie!

It took me a while to get used to seeing Dr Julie Wehbe. My previous doctor retired and because of my long history of mental illness no other Dr. Would see me. I had been in the public sector and it's hard to get a private psychiatrist when you've been in the public sector. Dr Wehbe cut down my medication and helped me with an eating disorder. I wouldn't want any other psychiatrist. I have had no problems with Michael her secretary.

If you've been raped before you can't just ignore the secretary. Dealing with the secretary will cause more harm than the help that any doctor is able to give. Full stop.

My advice is: Don't miss out on a great doctor because you have a problem with a secretary. It depends on how much you want help. Once you get to know Mikalis you will find he is kind and humane.

As for Dr Julie - she is good, but I want to write a review of her secretary Micheal... OMG sorry this person needs some training in customer service. worst secretary i have encountered. Defensive, rude, talks a million miles an hour and when you ask to repeat gets very obnoxious, so so so bad!I like the Dr but I cannot deal with her secretary.
