I have been seeing Gregor for a very long time (almost 10 years now?). Gregor has likely changed the trajectory of my life in a positive way. I am really uncomfortable with medications playing a heavy role in my treatment and he is considerate of this and has always offered options when I have raised concerns. Gregor is willing to talk through reasons why certain medications are / are not beneficial and the choice always feels as though it remains with me to make in an informed capacity. I hope one day I can completely come off medications but I would not have had the opportunity to build the coping skills to support myself had I not met him - thank you!!
His staff have also always been patient with me when I have not had my best days and I appreciate that.

Lacks any warmth and empathy. His session was rushed, impatient and kept interrupting answers seeking further clarification.

Seek a second opinion before taking any medication recommended by this doctor. I could have died because he hadn't bothered to read the report of another doctor and prescribed medication which could have interacted dangerously with another I was already on. Stupidly, I thought that would be a one-off incident, but later took his advice to increase a medication he admitted he was not overly familiar, and I ended up passed out on the floor in the middle of the night. The next time he suggested a medication, and I asked about a specific side effect, he said it didn't occur on the that drug. Of course 10 seconds on the PBS showed that it certainly did occur. I didn't go back.

Despite listing ADHD as one of his specialties, he does not know the first thing about how ADHD presents in women. He seems fairly astute about other things but some of the things he said about women with ADHD were completely archaic and untrue. If you think you might have inattentive ADHD, look elsewhere for someone who wants to help you figure it out, not shut you down.

Saw this dr for fitness for work assessment and I ended up losing my job. Horrible dr creepy man who is in the wrong job. Never introduce himself to me or my husband..wrote 14 pages of utter garbage. Dr Schultz recommend an inappropriate drug to me. Alfred Hospital said not to take it.

I had been seeing Dr Schultz for over 8 years. He had been over medicating me which caused other health problems. He is very rarely on time and only provided me with a 5 minute consultation. Highly unsatisfactory. I would think twice in seeing him

Excellent psychiatrist, truly helpful, accurate, astute, and good sense of humour. Highly recommended. Some ratings on here are just bizarre, and nothing like my experience.

Unbothered, uninterested, and was on his phone for parts of the time - which blew my mind. Also incredibly tardy, yet cuts the appointment time - quite disappointing seeing how much you’re paying. I’ve had extensive experience with both psychiatrists and psychologist and have never experienced someone like him. However, he is quite knowledgeable. Great for short visits/diagnoses but seek elsewhere if you’re seeking someone with a glimmer of empathy/care

I have been seeing Dr Schutz consistently for the past few months and have found a great benefit. He is very direct, but I find it helps to keep the session on track. He often does seem to be in a rush, but I don't feel like it affects the quality of the sessions and they aren't cut short at all.

He seems very knowledgable and i've gotten more out of these sessions that i have with 3+ with a clinical psychologist.

I've learnt its important to do the work outside of the sessions, otherwise it is pointless.

Therapy is not a bandaid or an easy fix, but it is an excellent tool to help ME improve my mental health.

If you go in without expectations or judgement, you might be pleasantly surprised.
