Stay away from this guy, he’s a used car salesman. I had a tip reduction rhinoplasty done - he sold me on having a full open procedure even though I don’t think it was necessary for what I wanted. He made it seem like he had extremely fine control over the results he would achieve. The results were awful. After a year of waiting for my nose to look better, being reassured the whole time that everything was great, instead of an over projected nose i got one that was short and bulbous and downturned. He never admitted anything was wrong, right up to the point when he volunteered to fix it for free.

I had several facial procedures done a couple of years ago. After the surgery, I ended up having complications, including an infection under the skin of my scalp that had been lifted up during the surgery. (What is shocking is that I didn't even realize that my scalp skin was going to be disconnected from my head!) But the infection ended up getting serious and I had to go to get emergency care, because it was starting to get puffy and painful from the top of my head down the sides of my head and into my neck. The infection caused parts of the skin on the top of my head to lose circulation and I ended up with bald spots on the top of my head. Dr. Bitner tried to correct these by doing two surgeries to pull together the hair over the bald spots. This has caused awful cawlicks to form on the top of my head. Now I can't wear my hair down without it looking crazy and out of control. Ever since the surgery, I have been unable to enjoy the pros of the surgery, because I have been trying to deal with the devastating consequences created by the complications. I am very disappointed and do not think my hair will ever look nice again. I am sad.

WOW!! Completely my exceeded my expectations. Have a blepharoplasty, skin pinch and rhinoplasty done with Dr. Bitner. I was really nervous going into this surgery because I was scared not to be happy with my results. I'm 26yrs old and I had a lot of excess skin both, on top and underneath my eyes. It made me look like i was always tired and tired. My nose was just too big for my face. Dr. Bitner was so nice and very informative when going into his consultation. He actually heard my concerns while also giving me advice on what would be best for my needs. His staff is great! Super nice and very attentive. One of the great things about this is that he does his surgeries right in his office! I could call his office at any time and Dr. Bitner as well as his staff always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. My results are beyond what I could've expected! My eyes aren't droopy anymore, I look so awake and my eyes look brighter. Everyone has complemented me on how awake and natural my results are. My nose is PERFECT! I had what you called a parrot nose. Really far out from my face, when I would smile it would droop down and I was SOOO self conscience of my nose that I would never let anyone take my picture. Seriously, it was that bad. Now...now I feel comfortable to leave my house with no makeup and I can take pictures no problem. my bridge isn't wide anymore, i have a nice petite nose with a lift to the tip. I couldn't express enough how obsessed I am with my new look. I wish I would've came to get this surgery done sooner! I would only ever left Dr Bitner touch my face! I highly recommend going to Bitner for any of your facial plastic surgery needs!

The BEST! I had a facelift, browlift, lip augmentation and fat grafting. The results are absolutely amazing! My results are natural looking, feminine, youthful. The procedure and recovery were a breeze! I did a lot of research prior to deciding on Dr. Bitner. I am so happy that I took the time to do that! As far as I am concerned, there is no other choice for facial surgery!

Dr. John B. Bitner is an extremely skilled doctor with the most wonderful bedside manner. I consulted with several doctors before choosing him so my decision was informed. He is board certified, a M.D. and a Ph.D. and a true artist. He truly is the best, perhaps in the country. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Bitner is amazing! I highly recommend him. I did blepharoplasty upper and lower and the entire process was smooth and amazing. He understood and address all of my concerns. I myself had a lot of worries about healing time, bruising, scarring, and what would the outcome be? How big of a difference? I couldn't be happier with everything and the difference is A-MA-ZING! Exactly what I was looking for.

Choosing a surgeon for my rhinoplasty was not a decision I took lightly. I am Canadian, and, after three years of researching surgeons, from all over Canada and the U.S., I chose Dr. John Bitner. Why? Because he is both a facial plastic surgeon and an ENT specialist. I wanted someone who is an expert, for not only did I want my nose to look nice and natural, I also wanted it to function properly. Also, my nose had been badly broken when I was a child, so I needed both plastic surgery and reconstruction.

With every interaction, Dr. Bitner took the time to listen to, and answer, all of my questions and concerns. I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Additionally, his patient coordinator, Brandi, was a gem to work with! She was wonderfully helpful with scheduling appointments, with taking pre-and post-surgery pictures, and with providing information on the financing options available.

On the morning of my surgery, Dr. Bitner’s team made me feel so comfortable. I wish I could recall the anesthesiologist’s name, for he was especially kind and comforting.

It has been six months since my surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! My nose now ‘fits’ my face perfectly. Honestly, no one would ever guess I’ve had a rhinoplasty, because it looks completely natural.

I highly recommend Dr. Bitner and his team!

Dr. Bitner was terrific! The BEST IN HIS FIELD! My experience with his entire staff was GREAT. They were thorough with preparing me for what to expect and explained everything prior to my facial procedure. My biggest concern was that the results wouldn't look natural, but they do. I am extremely pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Dr. Bitner. Definitely worth it!
