I saw Dr Ivan at his new clinic in Burnaby. I felt that he went above and beyond to help me solve any of my vision concerns. The team was welcoming, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new optometrist.

Yesterday, I brought my son over to see Dr. Ivan Prpic. He is a good professional, he’s fast with his explanations about my sons eyes. He is a wonderful doctor. The office is big and very clean. The two receptionist are nice and friendly. I’m happy that we found this great place. I will introduce some of my friends to come here. An optometry clinic isn’t a place where you expect to be wowed. Yet both my recent visits to Prpic Eyecare Centre left me amazed. Before visiting this state-of-the-art facility in Burnaby Heights, vision tests meant a bored ophthalmologist steering me through an ancient eye chart. No longer. Instead, I sat spellbound in front of vibrant computer monitors as Dr. Ivan pointed out microscopic features of my optic nerve. It was like seeing mind-blowing images from the James Webb Space Telescope showing stars being formed in a distant nebula! The clinic’s sophisticated technology opens new windows into the world of vision. For the first time, my eyes were able to contemplate their own astonishing nature. Dr. Ivan pointed to lines, colours, and shadows that indicated good news: as I turn 70, there’s little sign of macular degeneration, glaucoma, or cataracts. Another test provided a detailed portrait of my visual field and the slight deficit in my peripheral vision. As he guided me through stunning vistas of my ageing eyes, Dr. Ivan’s fascination with optometry was contagious. This is what an eye exam should be! I left the clinic feeling reassured by Dr. Ivan’s professionalism and exhilarated by the experience.
