I have been seeing Dr. Parmar for years and will continue to see her. She is always very knowledgeable, welcoming and on time. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Ruby Parmar is so amazing and knowlegible. She is very thorough in her work. 12 members from my family and my brother's family see her for regular check ups. I've referred her to few friends and they also started seeing her and I'll definitely keep telling other people as I m very happy with the level of service she provides. Dr. Parmar is a compassionate, professional, friendly and patient optometrist. My family and I visit her for our annual eye exam and she continues to go above and beyond to help us. Dr. Parmar is always sweet helping my grandma who doesn't speak any English. It's very difficult to meet a physician who is extremely kind, caring and attentive, hence I always recommend Dr. Parmar to my relatives. Dr. Parmar is truly a gem, she inspires me to be a compassionate health care professional too.

Her staff it’s questionable professionalism. Never call back to rechedule appointments when needed and seem lost beyond measure.
The doctor it’s a great doctor very inquiring and knowledgeable. Again sadly her staff needs to get their act together and live up to the same level as the doctor they are supposed to represent.
From the years I go there I see always new faces on the staff and that’s very bad. Keep the good ones but I guess those are hard to find.

I was referred to Dr. Parmar by a friend whose elderly father, and close friend are also current patients. She came highly recommended, and I am very thankful that she is now my new optometrist. By the time I had my initial visit with Dr. Parmar at the end of May 2019, I was in my 3rd month of suffering from eyelid swelling, allergic eye reactions, and chemosis (swelling/edema of the conjunctiva). I was relieved that Dr. Parmar was able to put a diagnosis/name(s) to my ongoing 3-month battle with eye pain, swelling and discomfort - all symptoms that had not been clearly defined by previous specialists. As a result of Dr. Parmar’s diagnosis, she provided me with eye treatment, and then referred me on to a cornea eye specialist, which was followed up by a subsequent eyelid specialist for further examination to ensure that I had no serious eye conditions that warranted further treatment before she would write me a new eyeglass prescription.

As a physician she has exuded the highest ethical and moral standards that I have seen in many years. She is a kind, caring and compassionate individual who goes above and beyond in the care of her patients to ensure they get the best eye care, and her eye examinations are very thorough and unremarkable. Over the course of the past 2 months she has called me a total of 7 times (both on workdays and on her days off) to ensure her referrals went through to the required specialists in a timely manner, and to check in with me - outstanding care. I am very happy to report that although my eye care continues, I finally get my prescription for eye glasses. That being said, before doing so she will be re-examining my eyes to ensure there have been no significant changes over the past few months since my initial examination. So if you are looking for a new optometrist or thinking of getting a second opinion for your eyes - I highly recommend calling her office to make an appointment. Her staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Dr. Parmar is a very hard working and compassionate Doctor. Was very thorough in her exam and explanation. She diagnosed my eye when others had missed it before. Best Doctor I have seen. Highly recommend her!!
