Dr. Toto is awesome with a very great personality. His staff is another story, they are down right rude, screwed up referral for other services Dr. Tolo recommended.

He is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgable, caring and kind. He takes time to listen to me and answers all my questions and concerns and explains things to me. I would very highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr Tolo on numerous occasions and had surgery on the ulnar nerve which was successful. I find he is very pleasant, caring and knowledgable and helpful. He even called me at home the day after my surgery to see how I was doing which I thought was excellent. I would recommend him absolutely.

I have had one trigger finger operated on and about to have anorher done. I found him to be helpfu and he did not jump right in to only try an operation. He had me try alternatives first.

Dr. Tolo was not the least bit helpful for treatment of arthritis. He was annoyed, bordering on rude, at the fact that I returned for further treatment. He was over 45 minutes late for both appointments I've had. Will not return nor recommend.
