Have to say Dr Hotchkissis a great Dr. When you can get to see him. I've been a patient for 5 to 6 yrs and not only can you not get an appt with him you cannot get an appt with any other Drs in the office. I recently called to get an appt and my nearest appt was 15 days away and there's at least 4 Drs in the office. I was told to go to urgent visit. This is the 2nd time this happened this year. What good is having a Dr with all your records and you can't see them when you need them. I see they are taking new patients, why? if you can't see your present patients,very disappointed!

I am a new patient with Dr. Hotchkiss and have met with him twice. On both occasions I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Hotchkiss is friendly, patient, and appears well-informed. He was knowledgeable about my condition, which is very rare, and seems determined to intelligently address my issues. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

This was the worst Dr. I have ever encountered. He was rude, distracted, judgmental and uncaring. He made me feel like a hypochondriac because I had a list of my various symptoms. He insinuated that my husband was abusing me because I had black and blue marks on my arms. He told me in so many words that my symptoms were all in my head, and I needed psychological intervention. After several weeks, and he hadn't called me regarding blood test results, I called the office and asked for results to be faxed to me. I then called and asked to speak to the doctor. It was extremely difficult for me to get him to come to the phone to discuss results with me He wanted me to make an appointment. At my insistence he finally came to the phone, and when he looked at the blood test results he saw that I had some alarming test results that warranted specialized attention. Needless to say I would never go back to him and I'm now under the care of a wonderful cardiologist.
