Saw Dr Herzig 2 weeks ago for my son's 1st consultation. She or her secretary were to ring us back Re: my son's pathology results and talk about other (monitored blood pressure). 1 week later we still didn't hear from either, so we rang the office only to be informed then by the answering machine that the office was not open till mid the following week. We also left a message that we had called. And so we waited and still no phone call. We then rang the office and were told that our phone call was noted and was told that the doctor would ring us later that day. Neither rang us that day so we rang again (late morning) the next day and the secretary told us that she would remind the doctor again. This is now 14 days later after our 1st consultation. We have now decided to go elsewhere and would never recommend this specialist as her Post care is unacceptable.

My Daughter has been a patient of Dr Herzig since she was 15 (about 9 years). The care we have received is second to none from Gail who does administration to the appointments with Dr Herzig I can't recommend highly enough. They don't rush you and make you feel like a priority. Family can ask questions and you get answers. Dr Herzig has saved my daughters life and I will be forever grateful.

Very happy to have chosen Karen as my Nephrologist. She picked up issues and treated them that the government renal clinics missed.

Kind, caring and supportive. Knowledge is excellent and always makes her plan for your treatment nice and clear. I have been a patient for nearly 2 years and have not had any issues with punctuality. Would highly recommend Dr Herzig to anyone with renal disease.

Dr Karen Herzig (Nephrologist) has diagnosed me with End Stage Renal Failure and manage to reasonable health through the "Life Support" of Three-Days-a-Week Dialysis. Dr. Karen has a good knowledge of Nephrology. I required "straight" answers about my condition. Dr. Karen treated with "frank and honest" responses to my questions - she "sugar-coated" absolutely nothing, at my request. 10 out of 10 I give to Dr. Karen Herzig.

I have been a patient of Dr Herzig for 10 years and have found her to be thorough, great bedside manner, and easy to talk to. She worked wonders to get my very high BP under control.
