After being a loyal patient to this practice for 9+ years, we've finally took the initiative and sought out another pediatrician practice. The doctors themselves are adequate but the support staff and office are nothing short of awful. Their billing practice was the last straw. We haven't so much as had one single balance owed and yet their billing person clearly made an error and refused to remove the late charge and return 3 messages I left. So my son comes in with fever and sore throat and the office refused to let him be seen till this late charge was removed. That is unconscionable and of course we couldnt discuss this with anyone cause the billing person was not due back till Wednesday. The staff I've also found to be rude on a number of calls. And of course the doctor never calls back so who knows if they are getting the messages. And if that isnt enough, the waiting room has 8 chairs. The wait time usually ranges anywhere from 30-60 minutes. So there you are standing up with your sick child in dismal and packed waiting room the entire wait. There are way too many pediatricians out there who can easily diagnose strep or ear infections to put up with this office. Took all of a few minutes to locate the pediatrician we found who's staff is responsive and friendly with office hours much more conducive to parents

Always overbooked and rushed. Drs spend very little time with your child. Two doctors present differing opinions on follow-up at times. You will never reach either doctor live via telphone. Find a smaller practice with more a knowledgeable Doctor.

Great doctor, my three girls all love her, even if she does give shots. She has been our pediatrician for nine years. Thorough, prompt, never a problem getting appointments, even on short notice. Office staff comes and goes, but both doctors have given consistently great care for various ailments over a long period of time. Would highly recommend them.

Dr Danzi has been our peditrician since our oldest was born. We love her and so do our kids. She actually saved our youngests' life because she just felt something was not right and sent us to the hospital. Our daughter had a condition that would've deteriorated rapidly. If she had not had the insight she did we don't even want to think of what could've happened. Dr Danzi truly cares about our children and calls to check up on them when they are sick. She is warm and lovely. We have recommended several families to CPP and they've all been very happy there. WE recommend DR Danzi highly!!

I've been with them for over 6 1/2 yrs. The 2 Drs. Are wonderful. Always feel heard and understood. They always call back, are easy to reach after hrs, and they are very thorough. Can't say enough great feeling I get for my children there. Xo

Staff are the worst I have ever delt with. She is knowledgeable but lacks bedside manor. The wait isn't bad cause they have lost so many patients! A good Doctor would wonder why rather than say that is what they have a staff for!

Dr. Danzi is amazing with my children. She treats them as if they were her own. She is extremely professional and she really cares about my children, giving them the highest quality of medical care. I never have to wait more than a minute or two to be put in a room. I highly respect Dr.Danzi and suggest that every one who wants more personal care, see Dr. Danzi at Commack Pediatric Partners.

Absolute disgrace-worked with our children for 4 years and when the staff was rude and unprofessional both doctors refused to speak to us. As per the receptionist, one of the doctors, Dr. Hajduk, in the practice stated, "I have a biller to bill, a receptionist to make appointments and I check kids. I do not deal with this-it is not a priority." This lack of respect proved that both doctors have never truly cared about children, and are not worthy of our trust and respect.
