This office only cares about the money you have to pay. They have coded the charges for my flu shot incorrectly and will not change the amount. My Humana is handling it. They charged me $30.00 for the serum and $120.00 for a nurse to give me the shot. This has to be a physician's charge for an injection not a nurse. Additionally, every time they call to confirm my appointment, they remind you of the dollar amount of your copay.

There is something really wrong here.. I started seeing Dr. Chapman around the later part of 2010. I started on this particular medication for AS, in which Dr. Chapman had to sign-off on. My second year on the medication, Dr. Chapman had to fill-out the physicians form for me to continue with the injections. Upon my scheduled visit I presented Dr. Chapman with the forms and explained to her that two forms would have to be filled out and faxed back to the appropriate offices listed on the back of each form. I also asked Dr. Chapman in her office while she was filling out the forms if there was a charge for faxing along with my regular payment upon check-out; she or her receptionist stated there would be no charge and they would make sure the matter would be taken care of immediately. Let's cut this story short.... Dr. Chapman never faxed or mailed the signed form (30 days later I had to call her office to mail me a copy of the document, so I could mail off myself)She is rude and cold.

I was a little apprehensive about seeing Dr. Chapman as I had read a few Not so good reviews. However,I found Dr. Chapman to be both professonal and caring. This was my first visit but I feel very good about her taking every measure to get a correct diagnoise. Thank you Dr. Cal for referring me to her.

She is a wonderful doctor that cares. Her nurses will either take my calls when I call, or return them in a very timely manner. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and courtoues. I will see no other doctor for R.A. and have reccommended her to others.

I went to Dr. Chapman several years ago and I was not impressed. She did a very limited exam and quickly diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. She did not test me for other immune disorders which were rampant in my family history. I was in severe pain but she did not want to give me pain medication, sleep medication, but only medication that did not help. When I told her that it did not help, she got frustrated with me and almost was accusing me of being difficult and not wanting to stick to a treatment plan. I was insulted by this as I had never been treated like by a doctor as I had always followed their orders. I could tell that she no longer wanted to see me so I did not go back. I later went to another rheumatologist who did extensive bloodwork and diagnosed me with lupus and I have been treated for it ever since and have had to go to pain management to help the severe pain from my illness.

I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Chapman several times. After the first visit, I would have never returned but was forced to because our new rheumatologist had a serious car accident and was no longer practicing. Dr. Chapman is not friendly. She does not listen or seem to care about my daughter's well-being. She focuses most of her attention on getting her computer work completed. She prints out information on a form and hands it to you. Basically, we could do just as well by consulting WebMD. WebMD is also less expensive and way less frustrating. Her office staff is completely clueless when it comes to billing primary and secondary insurances. The entire office lacks professionalism. They act as though they are doing you a favor "caring" for you. I am completely offended by the entire office.

I was referred to Dr. Chapman for possible fibromyalgia by an internist. During her examination she never once touched me. She asked questions and typed. She prescribed Neurontin and sent my packing. After staying in the waiting room for almost an hour, I expected a little more. On the second visit I told her that the Neurontin had made no difference in my pain. She looked into space and acted like she didn't know what to say or do. She finally decided I should give the medication more time and again sent me packing. Never saw her again.

I had the same terrible experience as the other reviewers described. I wish I had known about this website before I went to see her. Someone told me that her husband is Dr. George Woodbury. I saw him a couple of years ago and he is equally as bizarre as Dr. Chapman.

because I had not been officially diagnosed by someone else, and because I did not have some of the typical characteristics of psoriatic arthritis, Dr Chapman refused to take my case, refused to do any further diagnostics beyond initial bloodwork, and would not and did not help in any way shape or form. I do not recommend her to anyone, because as far as I can tell, she does not really care about her patients...... About the staff - the front desk ladies seemed like I was interrupting them by coming to the window. Then I was told I needed to pay a $80 balance from 7 years ago when I was a patient of her practice partner, who is a dermatologist, or I would not be seen until I did...... The lady that called to tell me Dr. Chapman would not see me did not speak english well, and when I asked questions, she just kept repeating that the Dr would not see me because the bloodwork didnt show anything.
