Dr. Moreno is wonderful. He is compassionate, confident and very caring. He takes time to listen and answer any concerns you have. During the epidural injections he talks to you and eases the anxiety. Dave, his assistant is wonderful as is the entire staff. Highly recommend this office and thank you so much Dr. Moreno

I went in for an appointment after being referred to the surgeon, the office staff are just nasty as other reviews have pointed out. Specifically the blonde young girl. Once you get past the attitude then you get the ego from this surgeon! Read all the bad reviews, not a review service giving five stars with happy little stories! Read the reviews it real people that have suffered at the hands of this guy. Find somebody that has the ability to feel empathy and compassion for other people. This egomaniac is coming to work, to collect a paycheck. Look up previous lawsuits and malpractice cases, Read the negative reviews. That is where you’re going to meet the real version of this guy! My advice is to run!

Very compassionate and an excellent surgeon. I was referred by a surgery nurse and could not be happy. Extremely happy I found him. I had both neck and back surgery and both times he made sure he called my wife to hive her updates.

El doctor moreno arruinó mi vida luego de una cirugía lumbar (laminectomia y disectomia) estoy tomando luego de la cirugía morfina 60 mg, oxycodone 20 mg, gabapentin 800 mg y no tengo un alivio. Mi deshability luego de la cirugía yo no lo esperaba vivo el 95 % de mi tiempo en cama estoy con tanto dolor que mi vida ya se acabó y tengo que hacerme otra cirugía porque este doctor me dejó inestabilidad en mi columna. Este doctor nunca me explico por qué yo quede con más dolor después que me hizo el desastre en mi columna. Tengo más de 10 MRI que hablan por si mismos , ahora tengo un quiste tarlof ( líquido cefaloraquideo) que se acumula pegado a la S2 de mi parte lumbar. Tengo estenosis lumbar, y especialistas en cuba neurocirujano y neurólogos me dijeron que este hombre me provocó cauda equina syndrome. Aquí un especialista que pague me dijo lo siguiente. Arriba de esa cirugía yo no te opero. Sigo desde el 13 de febrero de 1017 atendiéndome con doctores para control del dolor. No puedo caminar porque me muero de tanto ardor, dolor, calambres, en la espalda baja, piernas, pies, caderas e ingle. Para orinar tengo que pujar porque si no lo hago no puedo orinar. Es terrible mi vida ahora. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA AL DOCTOR ANTHONY P MORENO. si lo ven corran porque si algo sale mal no da la cara.

I truly believe that Dr Moreno is an excellent surgeon however post surgery there have been some incidents that make me uneasy. One that has me particularly concerned is that during a post op visit I was told there were some complications and that it is possible additional surgery may be required. I understand that there is always a chance that there maybe a chance of an issue so that is not my concern. I was instructed to follow up in 2 months with another xray and office visit. I decided that I wanted a follow up MRI and one was ordered without any issue and while talking with the nurse I asked a few follow up questions. I then find out that the post op visit office visit note did not say anything about the complications that were discussed or the possibility of future surgery. I requested a copy of the office note and again was able to get that without any issue. Looking over the note I discovered there were other things not in the note that were discussed, like the pain I am still having. I am now seeking a second opinion and am not sure I will be going back to Dr Moreno due to the issues I have encountered.

This was our first “snow bird” season in the Clearwater area. I started having what I thought was sciatica nerve prob. Went to an urgent care and the PA recommended I find a spine specialist! I called Bay Care Referrals snd they gave me three doctors to check out. After reading their bios, I selected Dr. Moreno! He is the best doctor I could have ever chosen! His true concern for me, his explaining what might be going on with my spine, and then giving me info to read about was superb!
I got all my prep visits taken care of (MRI, etc) and his staff set up an appt ASAP!
And here it is 6 weeks later and my pain is so low! He was able to get my final injections done so we could head back to WI!! Thank you to Dr. Moreno and his whole staff!!!

I had seen five specialists prior to doctor Mareno. I traveled to Gainesville, Orlando, Trinity, and Wesley Chapel before I found Dr. Moreno. None of the first five doctors could help me, one even said he wasn't going to bull sh.. me, there was nothing he could offer for my unique situation.
In my first meeting with Dr. Moreno, he reviewed all my records and tests. He did an exam and said he could give me an 80% chance of getting off my pain meds. It actually brought tears of joy. He gave me HOPE! He scheduled my surgical procedure quickly and I am now in much less pain while in my early recovery time frame. He is not only a HIGHLY skilled doctor, he shows compassion, true interest, gives thorough information, takes the time most other doctors don't provide, and he DELIVERED on his pre-surgery outcome. It doesn't get better than this! I am so very grateful for this skilled doctor.

Dr Moreno has a lot experience, my husband needed a two level surgery on the neck and he was very unease about it, but Dr.Moreno, show willingness to help since day one, answered all his questions and everything went as he predicted, we are very thankful to him
