Absolutely phenomenal! You are in great hands with Dr. Grewal. He was kind and informative and I may finally be on the path to answers after 4 years of searching for help. Dr. Grewal is the best specialist that I've ever encountered. I'm looking forward to my next visit with him.

I didn't have any problems with the receptionist - perhaps she is new. Overall, it was a great experience.

Amazing doctor, have 0 complaints against him. You can tell Dr. Grewal is passionate and truly cares for his patients. He ensures that his patients understand and feel comfortable.

However, the unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for patients by his reception is something that should be addressed. There are numerous reviews on how reception treats patients, and all of them are similar in nature.

Would be 5 stars all around if the reception issue was addressed, which it clearly hasn’t been due to years of reviews on the same issues. Would be 0 stars for staff if possible.

I am reviewing this doctor almost after 5 years. I have been suffering from a rare disease of throat for which the symptoms started showing off in 2018. I have been in extreme pain and depression since then. I looked up for best ENT specialist in Mississauga and found this doctor. I decided to book an appointment and after few months I got an appointment with him. When I went to see him, he just listened to my symotoms and did a physical checkup of my throat and explained me that nothing to worry about it just looks like an acid reflux. He was really good at just talking like a chatter box and tried to calm me down by just saying that everything is normal. No examination or further treatment was recommended by him and I kept on suffering with my pain and depression for next 5 years. This year I got a chance to move to the United States and to the very 1st ENT specialist I went to here in Virginia, she right away pointed out that I am suffering from a rare disease known as Eagle's syndrome and went on to having my CT Scan done. And withint next few days, I was informed by the Doctor's office that it has been confirmed that I have been suffering from eagle's syndrome that has actually taken away the best 5 years of my life. If this Dr Aman has done his job right, I would have been able to save 5 precious years of my life. I am looking into possible ways to file a law suit against him because these bunch of jokers get paid from our tax money and don't want to get their job done right!! Please STAY AWAY from this joker!!

When reading through the reviews I was more than a little puzzled. Perhaps all of the reviews come from a bad day reception was having, or maybe when they had a replacement receptionist in. I have had NOTHING but positive experiences with Dr. Grewal's staff and the good doctor himself. When I enter the office, I am greeted by my first name. I am asked how things are going and given an idea of how long the wait will be. Here's the thing though. Dr. Grewal is a specialist, and a good one, I expect there to be a slight wait as they are always so busy. The poor ladies at reception are CONSTANTLY answering calls, confirming and rescheduling appointments. I have zero complaints and generally get through my appointments, minimum two a week at this point, faster than going to see my own GP.
Thanks so much for the high standard of care, Dr. Grewal AND to the ladies who are working out front!

Dr. Aman Grewal has been my ENT specialist since 2017. He also saw my daughter a few times. I have had nothing but great experiences with him and his office associates. They are so polite, and do the best they can to get you in a timely manner. Dr. Grewal is such an experienced doctor, who truly cares about his patients. He gives you all of the attention you need, and answers all of your questions with thorough explanations. Rather than treating his patients like another number in line, he makes you feel like you are family. I'm very happy to have him as one of my physicians. When I suddenly had thyroid cancer recently, he got rid of my fear, and made me feel calm. And I had no worries as I knew I was going to be in good hands as he did my two surgeries. He did such a good job. I really appreciate his knowledge and hard work. If there was an award for ENT specialist of the year, I would vote for him. Thank you for all the hard work Dr. Grewal. Had emergency tracheotomy with biopsy of mass on vocal chords two weeks ago. Cannot get return call or any information on biopsy results two weeks later. Was told that it looked like cancer by Dr. Grewal, but am left hanging by poor follow-up.

I been seeing Dr Grewal for few years now he did my surgery in 2020 , very professional and knowledgeable in everything he does, the most important thing about Dr Grewal he is the best listener and best advice

Great doctor, but his receptionist requires people skills. If she is unhappy to be interacting with people, she should find another occupation
