The Doctor is amazing BUT the major bottle neck and between doctor and patient is the receptionist who seems to have an ear blockage as she is one of the worst LISTENERS in the world.
The best quality of this amazingly talented lady in sequence:

2) Empathy - 0 stars (in minus like the Canadian weather would be fair to say)
3) Updates to patients - -20 stars
4) Ready to bite you - 100 stars

Dr Grewal has been my ENT for over 7 years, he is amazing. Dr Grewal was the ONLY ENT to actually tell me why I am going Deaf, other ENT's just yelled at me saying "It Just Happens" ( Dr Toth and Dr Mendelson) . We discussed what our options are , a cochlear implant surgery and asked me if I want a referral to Sunnybrook or London Health Center. He explained exactly what would happen during and after surgery. I decided to wait until my hearing aids no longer worked for me before doing surgery. I am blessed to have Dr Grewal as my ENT , he is such a great physician.

I’m very thankful for him. All my family now goes to him as an ENT. Even though the wait time is long, he is worth the wait! Helped me recover from thyroid cancer and sudden temporary deafness.

Within 10 seconds of meeting him, you can feel his compassion. He responds to all questions and maintains a calming demeanour throughout. He's knowledgeable and his very highly acclaimed by his peers and staff at the hospital. Just a cool guy. My kind of dude. Appreciate the help Dr. Grewal. You the man.

Worst experience at all, doctor was good, he referred my kid to a surgeon, but it’s been 7 months I haven’t heard anything. U call back to Dr Grewal office for couple of months, then one day staff picks up and promises to get back, 2 more months pass by, no contact, u call back, no one answers, it’s feels like the worst mistake I ever made, stupid unprofessional and unethical

He is great, however his receptionist is horrible. I called daily for a week to book an appointment and she refused to pick up and deleted all my vm's. On the 5th day, immediately after my call went to VM, I used my work phone and called in again, she picked up immediately not realizing it was me. She said she booked me for an appointment, however on the appointment day I never received a call from the doctor. Previous to this, she also requested a wrong test for me. I waited for months to have that appointment scheduled, when I arrived at the hospital, I found out she had submitted the documents incorrectly for a wrong test. Very frustrating. If anyone has the contact info to escalate the behaviour of the receptionist, I'd really appreciate if you could share it. I am unable to get ahold of the doctor as the receptionist refuses to pick up the phone.

Dr. Grewal did the surgery on my son. Everything from pre op visit, through hospital stay to follow up visit was very professional. Doctor explained all the procedures and answers all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.
I didn't have any issues with the staff at his office, they were always nice and professional.
Definitely a positive experience.

I have only had 2 appointments with Dr. Grewal, but have been beyond pleased with his work. He seems so friendly, comfortable to talk to, explain any of my concerns to him without feeling rushed, overall wonderful! I feel so at ease knowing he is working on my nose, ears, and even my throat. I was a mess with a handful of issues I just dealt with everyday until I finally saw an ENT to look into the problems. He is suggesting a surgery after covid settles and I feel together we'll make a decision to likely do the surgery to improve my nose breathing. His receptionist isn't overly bubbly but I really don't mind, considering they are dealing with so many patients all day long...I can only imagine it's tiring and can't blame them for feeling gassed. They answer my questions, and when I ask to change my appointment I don't have any big issues, I get offered the next available date and that's really all I expect :) Overall, wonderful and highly recommend him to anyone needing support and answers.

Knowledgeable. Polite. Takes his time to address your concerns. I’m very much satisfied with the visit. So many people are complaining about the receptionist. If the doctor is good then i dont really care. Unfortunately it seems like majority of front desk staff at doctors’ offices are fed up with their jobs. Its very sad and not good for them or the patients. They are supposed to like what they do. The doctors should read the reviews and take note of these issues.
