In Sept 2020 I was diagnosed by Dr. Hekiert with LPR and also with a polyp on my vocal cord. Dr Hekiert prescribed medicine and lifestyle changes to cure the LPR and she performed surgery to remove the polyp. Her bedside manner both before and after the surgery was very comforting. However, the pathology report revealed that the polyp was cancerous and I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Vocal Cord cancer. When Dr. Hekiert had to relay the diagnosis to me she was extremely compassionate, kind, and empathetic which helped tremendously in alleviating my shock and fear. She was very knowledgeable and clear in communicating my options and helped me to maintain a positive outlook. She also helped me obtain immediate treatment from a highly skilled Head and Neck cancer surgeon who performed successful surgery to remove the cancer. I cannot say enough about the outstanding care that I received from Dr. Hekiert. She is a very highly skilled ENT doctor and surgeon, is an excellent and thorough communicator, and by far one of the most caring doctors I know. I highly recommend Dr Hekiert...she treats you like family and is one of the best physicians out there. I am forever grateful for her care!

Even though Adrianna Heikert is a well qualified doctor, her office practice is the worst. They messed up my prescriptions leaving me with a huge bill eith my pharmacy and in spite of calling & leaving messages to change a prescription, they turned a deaf ear. I asked to speak to the doctor but she never called back. The office girls don’t let you reach the doctor. I was suffering due to wrong medication, but they didn’t care.
When I demanded to speak to the doctor and told her I would report the practice on social media, they hung up and I received a one way voicemail later saying that they don’t want to treat me anymore.
Horrible people run this like a business. I am looking for ways to report this practice to the consumer court.

Dr. Hekiert is the BEST ENT physician practicing today. She has unmatched professional " expertise" in the ENT medical field. Her surgical skills are absolutely impeccable which significantly improves patients recovery & outcomes. Dr. Hekiert LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS. She knows & understands every minuscule detail of the patient's case. And, she thoroughly explains everything e.g surgical procedure, treatment plan etc. Dr. Hekiert reflects a "genuinely" compassionate, kind, supportive,and empathetic personality. She has a vested interest in helping individuals overcome their medical issue(s). Dr. Hekiet, truly cares about patient's health & well-being. She builds a heartwarming rapport with patients. If, there are any questions or concerns...she's literally a phone call away. Dr. Hekiert's professional medical expertise and outstanding personality equals excellent care. This maximizes the patients ability to obtain an optimum level of health.

Dr. Hekiert is the best! I have been her patient for almost 10 years, and in that time she has treated my thyroid condition as well as a variety of other ENT concerns. There is no one else I would trust with my ear, nose, and throat health. What distinguishes Dr. Hekiert from other ENTs is the combination of her expertise in medicine and her empathetic personality. Dr. Hekiert is the doctor you want to have at your bedside. She is brilliant, caring, and thorough. Despite the complications of my case prior to my surgery which she performed. I thank God for guiding me to her. I had a great experience with her and the surgical staff. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Hekiert. She is the best doctor ever, and changed my life in the best way possible. I had always had large tonsils, chronic sinusitis, fluid in my ears, tonsil stones, deviated septum, my list can just go on and on. She fixed it all and helped me live life again! She performed all my tonsil/nose/ear surgeries and when i needed emergency surgery I’ll never forget befor she put me to sleep she touched my face and said “I’m going to take good Care of you”. She truly love she her career and wants to help patients. Not only all this but she has a great people skills and is overall bubbly and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about her!!!!

Dr. Adrianna M. Hekiert is my favorite doctor. Me and my kids been her patients for the past three years . Dr. Adrianna Hekiert is very knowledgeable and patient. When I met her I was addicted to the nose sprays, I couldn't be without it even one day. Dr. Adrianna Hekiert help me get rid of my addiction within two weeks. Dr.Hekiert provided exceptional care prior, during and post nasal turbinate reduction surgery. She is knowledgable, extremely thorough and truly wants to help her patients. The procedure itself was not painful at all , even right aftet the surgery. I took tylenol, but didn't even need that. Prior to the surgery, I suffered on a daily basis with congestion due to enlarged turbinates and had tried every remedy out there with no luck. This procedure has made such a difference in the quality of my life. I can finally breathe at night and sleep at last! I can't thank Dr. Hekiert enough for recommending and performing the procedure. I would recommend Dr.Hekiert to anyone that is chronically suffering from congestion. She is a doctor you can trust and the care you'll receive is exceptional.
