I have asked for the laser option instead of having colposcopies as they are incredibly painful. I keep being told no incase I want kids, in the future...ridiculous. I want MY HEALTH taken care of. I was also prescribed random birth control when I was telling all my symptoms. No tests. No checks. When that didn't work well, I was given another. She is very nice, but I am very over being so dismissed.

Dr. Schnarr performed my emergency c-section on June 3, 2023. She is an incredibly skilled and kind professional whom I would recommend in a heart beat. She has made me feel at easy during the entire surgery. My scar is healing nicely and is very small. I have had no complications and would highly recommend her.

extremely negative experience
It was difficult for me to get an appointment for my first pregnancy, and when I did, it was awful. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was scheduled for 3 p.m., but I had to wait almost 3 hours before I could see Dr. Schnarr. Unfortunately, I was unable to see her.
Thank goodness I had my old doctor so I could go see her because it was a dreadful experience with long delays that I would not suggest to anyone.

This is the first review I have ever left in my life. The wait times are absolutely horrendous. Minimum 2 hours each visit and if you have the unfortunate luck of having complications that require many appointments you might have to take a leave from work vs taking a day off each week to wait for your appt. Where else do I start, nothing and I mean nothing is a big deal. She smiles while giving you life-changing news continuously saying how it will all be good and there's no need to discuss, it's just fine. She lacks communication skills to the point where care is affected. She randomly took the summer off without telling her patients and at the very end of my high-risk pregnancy, I was transferred to her replacement OB of which it was her first day on the job (she had passed her final exam that week). I then had a different OB my next visit. Again, none of this was communicated and all came with a 3+ hour waits. How that's acceptable I will never know. She will also not call with any test results, she will make you call, leave a message and then wait two weeks minimum for a response. It's insane to me that she has such a good rating because my experience was horrendous from start to finish.

I felt so comfortable through the full process with Dr Schnarr as she helped encouraged me through when my daughters father took off late pregnancy. I will be ever so grateful for her kindness.

Dr Schnarr is an amazing OB and I’m thankful to have had her as my doctor for my second child. My pregnancy had complications and she was always reassuring and put my mind at ease. She always took the time to explain things and answer my questions in full, I never felt rushed even though I know she’s a busy woman! My c-section incision is also immaculate and looks so much better compared to when I had my first child. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Jennifer Schnarr is the best Gynecologist ever!!! I know she is really busy, I had to wait about 90 minutes for my appointment. She was worth the wait! !

Don’t go to her for a c-section. Her stitching is the worst. Made me belly into two layers.
