Was my doctor for several years. Doesn’t listen to you and tries to diagnose you before you have explained your symptoms. Prescribed me an antacid for a thyroid tumour!

Seems to have a lot of difficulty faxing prescriptions to the drug store in a timely fashion.
Also takes forever to answer drug store fax, two days and still waiting!
Doesn’t remember what you are coming in for, even though he requested it!
In my personal opinion he is too old to be practising medicine!
Time to retire!

Been seeing him for several years now. Never been disappointed. Today I phoned for an appointment and he appears to be gone. What now?

I usually only go to doctors when something is truly wrong because I fear them telling me it's just in my head or them being annoyed with my questions. Dr Henstock was careful and thorough in examining me, took my issue seriously, seemed sympathetic to my worry and answered my questions respectfully which eased a lot of my worry and angst. I really appreciate him sending me for tests to rule out worst case scenario. 10/10

There are not enough great things for me to say re Dr Henstock. Caring, knowledgeable, always listens, understanding. He is one of the best.

His staff and himself have always been great.Every time I have had an issue he was right on top of it.It was because of his staff that we found out I had cancer and Dr Henstock was right on it and caught things on time.If it wasn't for his staff ( Michelle) I would have gone on and wouldn't have caught it until it was too late.I thank both of you Michelle and Dr Henstock

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!! He does not know what he is doing, prescribing wrong creams and medications TWICE.
