The best doctor ever. I met him as he was delivering my first baby 17 years ago and he’s been our doctor ever since. He’s punctual, helpful, reasonable and kind. We are going to miss him terribly when he retires.

Dr. Hatlid is awesome. Desk staff not so much. I ran out of prescriptions and called the office. They told me to ask pharmacy for pills to last until an appointment. This was false information because pharmacy will never do this. I called back and they said we tell everyone that, who cares. Just a terrible attitude to have with a patient. I hung up on them I was so upset. Then the receptionist made it a point to call my voice mail and go on and on about how this is normal procedure and they did nothing wrong. Like I need a lecture from her. Just a terrible experience.

The best Doctor! He has been my family's Doctor for over 30 years and has provided so much excellent medical advice. He is always upbeat, patient, understanding and listens to my problems. I would not trust another Doctor. So blessed to have him.

Yesterday I had to take my husband to the doctor. It was our first time outside in 2 months. We dawned gloves and masks and followed the protocol to enter the locked down medical centre to see our family doctor. We were the only people in the office. Within 5 minutes We both felt like we were suffocating and I found myself pulling it away from my face just to get air. All We wanted to do was get outside and feel the fresh air on our faces.
1/2 hour later we were back outside and I can tell you I have a real appreciation for all the front line people that have to wear masks for any period of time.
I’m so grateful to Dr Hatlelid for being there to help Ron and all the other patients he sees during this pandemic ,despite the risk to himself and isolation from his own family ❤️

He's been my families doctor for 30 years. Way back when he shared an office with another doctor on McMyn Rd & Harris Rd in Pitt Meadows. I do not trust any other doctor. He's not one of those in & out kind of doctors. He listens to your concerns then takes his time to explain things. He's always in great spirits & passes that vibe off to his patients.

Best doctor!! Kind, an excellent listener, very intelligent, always on time, down to earth on your level, really cares about and is good to his patients. I've been so lucky that he has been my amazing doctor for about 30 years. I'm sure that he has made many people's lives better and kept them in good health. Very understanding and an excellent doctor and a really great person too!
