What more can I say?
Dr Richard is always obliging and attentive . Although at 82 , am grateful to be in good health and don’t visit him often, but its good to know he is there.

Dr Van Gend is empathetic, caring and never rushes apts. He’s been available at short notice and always leads with a kind heart and solid medical advice. His receptionist Michelle is also such an amazing human - understands medical needs and between the two of them… there is no better combo.

Dr Van Gend has been my GP for a few years now and he has consistently shown empathy, kindness and compassion. He has worked hard to help me alleviate my health issues and always been incredibly professional and amazing. A doctor who truly cares and holds a vested interest in his patients.

My family and I are very lucky to have Dr Van Gend as our family doctor. He takes his time and I don't feel rushed when I'm in the office. He has been very knowledgeable and won't just prescribe medication without a full look into what is going on. He is kind and compassionate and shows that he truly cares.

So fortunate to be a patient of this doctor .I truly enjoy my visits with him .
The office is nice all the staff are excellent . I kinda hope he doesn't retire .
He can't be replaced .

We were very fortunate to be referred Dr. Van Gend when our Dr. Retired 8 years ago. Always a pleasant experience with each visit, as shows so much compassion and understanding. He will have very big shoes to fill if and when he retires. Michelle and office staff are very pleasant and accommodating and very punctual with appointments. Love his sense of humour!
