My wife was seen due to severe pain in her breast while she was nursing. Dr. Jeffers misdiagnosed this as mastitis, provided a prescription for unnecessary antibiotics, and incorrectly advised that she should not feed from that breast as it could potentially make the baby sick. Turns out it was a clogged duct and he worst possible thing she could do was to not feed on it. This caused immensely more pain and made the situation far worse. Lastly, even if it was mastitis, the suggestion that the baby could get sick from it is ridiculously incorrect. I attempted to resolve this matter by speaking with several individuals at this office. But my calls were not returned. I strongly urge you to look for another urgent care provider if you are pregnant/nursing, or if you value customer service.

This was easily the worst urgent care experience I've had in my life. I did my part and completed all paper work prior to my visit, brought my insurance card, ID and was patient while I waited for the staff (easily 2 hours total). I have a lot of knowledge in the medical field and have worked both in medical insurance and on the clinic side. Therefore, I know their practices and policies are NOT standard. First, the front staff was confused by the fact that I completed my paper work ahead of time and tried to make me repeat it. Second, they claimed they could not verify my insurance because the corporate office had already closed and they are 2 hrs ahead. Due to this fact, they made me pay in full the entire amount of $130 and I still have not received a refund 3 weeks later. Third, I waited a total of 2 hours for a doctor who had ZERO patients waiting or in rooms. Fourth, he was absolutely no help and obviously only concerned w/ the financial aspect of my visit. Please don't waste your time at this establishment.
