Dr Hawks took care of me and my husband, we loved him, he always listened and took the best care of us, I was devastated when he was no longer available, I wouldn’t believe most of the drivel written about him and wish him the best of luck!!!!!

So it’s said that this doctor lost his job at b healthy clinic because INS do not want to cover him because he’s on probation for sexual misconduct with several female patients. Now his wife Sara ady Cooley would like all of you to believe that he is innocent but I’ve done the research and he’s not. Sara has written many good reviews about him trying to make people think that he’s so great.. He even had to pay off one of the victims cause he didn’t want it to become public for all to know the truth of what he’s done.
You should look into his back ground. He’s not all that great. He’s a predator. Lady’s beware.

Since for some ungodly reason the medical decided this POS gets to keep his license a news station has picked up this story and is doing an investigation and will be airing the story of him and the things he's done so that the public can be aware of the kind of doctor he really is. I will post the date as soon as it is confirmed

Before you see this doctor look into his back ground. Read the medical board minutes and look into the lawsuits against him.
A good doctor would never do the horrible things he's done. Look into the reason that St. Joseph's decided not to be affiliated with him anymore. Honor health no longer wants to be affiliated with him anymore. The only one that's evil as the doctor and his lies

Would never trust this doctor.
Being investagated by the Attorney General's office, highly recommend by the medical board that his lisence be revoked. Lawsuits. Seems likes he's not really an upstanding man, not trust worthy at all. People should really check his back ground. If they did they would never have him for a doctor.

Dr. Hawks was willing to listen to my husband’s symptoms, and really cared about helping him. His listening and correct diagnosis and treatment allowed my husband’s quality of life to be so much better. He is the best doctor I’ve ever had!

It was highly recommend by the medical board on 8-11-18 that this doctors license be revoked for sexual misconduct with patients. There was more then just one patient he has done this to. It was also court-ordered that he had a chaperone at all times while in a room with a female patient. He is being investigated by the Attorney General's office for a sexual misconduct and wrong doings. This doctor has put lies in patient charts to cover up his actions. He will be brought before an administrative judge for hearing on this matter. I urge you to read the minutes from the medical board hearing on 8-11-18. Please know who you are trusting your care to. This doctor should never be able to practice medicine and should never be trusted
