I have had two root canal procedures done by dr. Venigalla . Number 4 and 13 of my upper teeth and not even 6 months after the first one was done it started causing pain again and causing pus discharge from gum area . I then returned to her office for a second look and she referred me to a endodontist for a apicectomy procedure whitch didn't make sense to me considering she completed the root canal procedure in 25 minutes in and out . Only an expert dentist specialist can judge that. The procedure was rushed I believe and on top of that I was only on antibiotics for 3 days prior to the root canal procedure . Obviously the effection was still in place . So the question is why perform a procedure with an infection so active ? Wouldn't you at least wait till the infection clears up to some extent. So I came to believe that these effections happens from time to time from what endodontist have told me . I then returned for another root canal on another tooth . Again with the impression that it happens and it was not malpractice . Completed the second procedure witch took almost twice as long to complete at 45 minutes. So here I am 2 years later with another root canal infection . I've been in so much pain to the point that it's unbearable and cannot attend work or even able to eat well at times because of the pain. People choose wisely and do your research before seeing a dentist . This is my story and hopefully no one else would have to endure this pain .

She is a awesome doc. No wait time. Explains everything clearly. Takes initiative to explain things. Will not rush. Good in professional hands on job.
