Dr. Warnock is an amazing doctor. I had a bowel resection and I am doing amazingly well, three weeks later. He is an extremely compassionate and caring doctor. He is top notch. I am grateful that he was my surgeon. I would not have had anyone else. Besides he visited me every day in the hospital for three weeks. I have high regard for Dr Warnock and I would highly recommend him. He saved my life.

I had a surgery that was botched by a different doctor twice and was referred to Dr. Warnock for the third surgery. He was way better than my previous doctor, taking a genuine interest in my well-being. Above all else his surgery was a complete success! Anybody who gets this doctor should consider themselves extremely lucky!

A family member recently had successful surgery. The doctor thoroughly answered our questions without regard to time, during our consultation visits leading up the the operation. His interaction was warm and sensitive during hospital follow-up visits. He is a top surgeon with medical credentials out of this world, but he's very kind and modest. And it's true, like the previous writer mentions, the VGH nurses hold great respect and love for him - they don't want to see him retire. We feel the healing process is expediting very nicely with ease, because of our experience with him.

Garth Warnock is the best. Saved my life and was incredibly friendly and humble while doing so. He will save the lives of many more. Nurses love him too, which is not often said of surgeons, apparently. He listens to them and relies on them. Trust him with anything, anytime. This posted six years to the day he resected my colon. Incredible.

Dr Warnock performed surgery on my husband for a questionable growth found in his pancreas. Prior to surgery Dr Warnock explained the procedure very well and also answered all the many many questions we had with a lot of patience. He is one of the most gentle and caring surgeon we have met. He genuinely cares for his patients.
