It is a privilege to be able to publicly express my gratitude and great high regard for this talented, caring surgeon. It was my fortune the day I ended up in the emergency department and under the expert medical care of Dr. Syme. What a positive experience having him handle my treatment with calmness and assurance. I know several people who have had him perform surgery and the account is always the same: considerate, compassionate and thorough. He treats all his patients as human beings, not merely a symptom. He is an exceptional and wonderful doctor.

Dr.Syme has done 5 surgeries for me. I have complete faith and trust in him. He always has given my options and together we have decided on the best course of action for my aliments. He is caring and reassuring especially when he preformed my breast cancer surgeries.I would highly recommend him to anyone.

An acquaintance recommended Dr. Syme as a general surgeon to remove my gallbladder. I was lucky to get in for a consult within days due to a cancellation. He opted for emergency surgery 3 days later since I was in too much pain to wait several months for an elective procedure, especially with a 2 week old baby. You can tell when a doctor genuinely cares-Dr. Syme is one of those doctors. A very nice man, and a great surgeon.
