Waited for him to call us but he didn't call us - had to wait for the next day. When we did call, he didn't address our primary concern and instead explained why he couldn't.

My daughter had stomach ache for 4 days and my family doctor was so busy that she could not see my daughter until a week later so I had no choice but to bring my daughter to Dr. Pham's office. The very first thing he asked me was who is her family doctor, why don't I take her to my family doctor. I explained to him the reason. His attitude was since he is not the family doctor, he didn't really want to see my daughter. After squeezing my daughter stomach, his conclusion was she is fine. There is nothing he could do. If my daughter continuing having stomachache, we should go back to our family doctor to have further treatment. He kept saying "since he is not her family doctor.." which make me so disappointed about the attitude of a doctor.

Nothing against his secretary because she tries her best to manage the 40+ patients this man thinks he can get through in a day when he arrives to his office 1 HOUR LATE. My mother had to wait 3 hours for a Doctor's note so she can take time off work for health reasons. The only reason she's going to him is because he's the only Vietnamese-speaking doctor near us. No appointments allowed, wait times extending hours, this man has no knowledge of how to operate a family practice. I feel bad for all the elderly patients who have to commute to his office, especially during winter and summer. If anyone knows a better doctor who can speak Vietnamese, let me know asap so my mom can be re-assigned.

This doctor makes money by getting you to visit him as many times as possible. He will keep treating your symptoms one by one but not the condition itself. He won’t send you to a specialist. He’s the most cold and unfriendly doctor I had ever came across. Go to this doctor if you wish your health to be badly taken care of.

Stay away from here if you want to live. My mother had cancer and all he did was prescribe pain medication to suppress the symptoms for over four monhs versus trying to help her find out why she was experiencing those symptoms. He does not care about his patients and only cares about how many patients he can see in a day. He is rude and takes advantage of immigrant patients who do not know their rights.

This is a terrible office and I would never recommend to anyone. I was formerly with Dr. Khoi for over 20 years until my file was transferred to Dr. Pham. His practice is terrible, the receptionist is rude, your average wait time here will exceed 1.5 hours for something as simple as a prescription refill, as they will not take appointments. He caters mostly to the Vietnamese community, but it's really because the community does not care to inconvenience themselves to find another doctor.

Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office if you value your time.

Doctor was 45-60 mins late, office opens at 10am. I was third in line and had multiple symptoms. However, when I went into I was told I can only provide him with one symptom and to come back next time for the second one. I think he just wanted to just quickly be done with me because his tardiness has caused 20 other people behind me pissed off. Definitely not a friendly doctor, tardiness, and uncaring. It is a miracle how he has received his MD degree. Definitely not worth your time and patience.

The office has a huge lack of technology.. The doctor apparently does not possess at all any diagnosis method when working with a patient. Yet he graduated from a renown medical school ....I would think he had been just lucky enough to be granted a MD degree. His poor English communication and medical knowledge ( terminologies) are also other concerns in this office and his office organization is the whole world of mess (losing patient files including important medical documents sent by Med. Centers...
