I'm currently sitting here in his waiting for Dr. Pham to see my mother and it has been 4.5 hours. 2 weeks ago it was 3 hours, last week it was 3 hours. The first week he told my mom who had back pain to just take the medication he prescribed for her and told her she'll be okay without telling her what the issue or cause is. The second week, I had to ask him what was wrong, otherwise he just saw us quickly and left the room. I personally feel that his main concerns are taking as many clients as possible in a day rather than building rapport and making their patients feel better. It's a complete waste of time. It's him as the only physician, his secretary, and one nurse at this office just to let you know.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Pham for a couple of years now and find him to be kind, friendly and knowledgeable. His office is busy but we don't feel rushed when we get in to see him and he answers all our questions.

Doctor Pham now has an office at Keele and Sheppard. I waited over 2 hours and could hear him casually having a conversation with a patient for almost 30 minutes door. Both of my eyes were swollen shut and I asked if it could be an infection or allergy. He was more focused on other things and did not even inspect or touch my eye. He did not know what he was doing and seemed to be guessing. Honestly do not waste your time with him, the only reason he has patients is because he is open on Saturday.

I have been very disappointed with this doctor, his English is horrible and takes forever to get things in order. He left abruptly with NO notice whatsoever and left me stranded with no family doctor. His bedside manner was not the best neither and his staff are rude and you never get them on the phone, just a voicemail.

Beware, this guy leaves as fast as he takes you on as a patient. What a farce. Dr. Pham accepted us as patients in Dundas, ordered basic bloodwork etc. (we were refugees after our lonmtime Doc retired) and said he'd call for a follow up. Three weeks later, no word and I have problems with one knee, so after a week of calling to get an appointment and only getting "this voice mail box is full" messages I drive down to his office to book one myself. The receptionist just points at a sign on the wall that says Dr. Pham no longer works at that office. Nice he got paid to see us and for the tests he ordered before leaving a couple weeks later. So now we are back to having no Doctor and if we want to see the results of the tests he ordered we have to pay by the page as these are now archived documents. He now works in Toronto so beware if you interview with him because he left a lot of people in Dundas behind without sending a letter informing them they were loosing their Doctor.

Dr. Pham is a very nice man and I enjoyed having him as my doctor for the short period that I did. Unfortunately his office staff are terrible. The nurse's are rude and incredibly disorganized. When Dr. Pham left his practice in Dundas I had an appointment schedulded for my infant daughter and did not even receive a call to say he had left town!

So far I have not had any complaints(aside from his not so great english) he has refered me to specialists when needed and given me very helpful reccomendations. The office staff are the problem( as it seems are everyone's complaints) the feeling is they dont care, or don't know how to do their job. They dont answer the phones, the machine is ALWAYS full, which leads me to beleive that they also dont listen to messages. They dont return messages when I am able to leave them. As far as Dr Pham goes(which is what this is about) as I said I have not had any complaints.

Finally a new Doctor for Dundas. No problems just usually runs a few minutes late. Not a fancy office just good care and advice which is all I want. Would be good if he expanded his hours.
