Way better options out there- I did a research study with him and his staff was so disorganized. They all looked very inexperienced. They were forgetting my appointments. We’re asking the same questions 4 times during the same visit. It was a mess. I did research with other clinics in the past they were way more organized. This guy is all about showing off but there they are completely disorganized. Will not return there while there are way more options just a few blocks away.

Dr. Baun is lighthearted and fun making visits to his office an easy choice. But the reason I will continue to go to him is that he has a remarkable sense of aesthetic and balance giving a beautiful result. I trust him because he takes pride in creating a great result and the fact that he makes me feel comfortable before a procedure is just the icing on the cake.

I’ve been having treatments here for 10 years. IPL, Botox, fillers and microdermabrasion. Dr. Braun is amazing. All my treatments have a natural look. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend.

I am only giving one star because you cannot give zero. I had an absolutely TERRIFYING experience with Dr. Braun and his injection of Botox into my masseter (jaw) muscles. He injected incorrect nerves and left my face PARALYZED - for 4 months I could not smile!! He recommended this for TMJ pain, and he completely missed the injection target, leaving the lower portion of my face unable to move. I question his abilities and would absolutely not recommend seeing him, for this, or any other procedure. His bedside manner when I went back in was disgusting with no remorse or aplogy. Yes, I am angry - Imagine not being able to lift your mouth to smile, how that would effect your life. People thought I was grimacing and scared when I was actually trying to smile. And this lasted until the Botox wore off months later. I’ve never been so upset and regretful of a decision. I hope to share my experience to make other people question this injection as well as to question seeing this “doctor” who I would more classify as a dementor of faces. Please second guess your injections and your doctor, as I would not wish this to happen on even my worst enemy. Actually I do wish he would inject his own face with such carelessness and see how it feels.

I love coming to this office to have my cosmetic treatments done. The staff are personable and friendly and Dr. Braun is hilarious! I'm always completely satisfied with how I natural I look after my Botox and filler and highly recommend Dr. Braun to all my friends. He is so talented and he even trains other doctors and dentists how to inject! If you are looking for a doctor who has been in the business for years, look no further than Dr. Braun, you will be so happy with your results!

Martin Braun is knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor. He is scientifically and clinically sound and an excellent educator. He encourages consultation with him in advance of procedures and explains the pro and cons in a thorough and clear manner.
