I would recommend a consultation at another clinic. Not convinced the treatments at Braun's clinic are on par with his expertise. Overall bad experience for me.

Today I received some Botox and a little bit of filler in my face at Vancouver Laser and Skin. The staff were extremely kind, discreet, and polished. Dr. Braun was a consummate professional; his lighthearted and learned approached to my procedure made the experience as enjoyable as it could be. Dr. Braun took the time to answer all of my questions and appreciated the opportunity to do so. I highly recommend Vancouver Laser and Skin and wish all doctors carried themselves with the kindness and candor of Dr. Braun!

Was completely brushed off after IPL disaster. My face is ruined. After second treatment I am left with icepick scars all over my face and wrinkling that looks like my skin is melting. Even though they have before and after pictures the Dr. said it looks great and suggested a $1200 treatment to "correct" the skin texture. My texture was great before IPL, just had broken capillaries I wanted to fix. DO NOT DO IPL read about possible side effects first and take your chances. Once your skin is damaged, there is no turning back.

I have gone to Dr.'s Martin and Susan Braun for many procedures over the years, everything from Botox to Filler and IPL to Cool-Sculpting. This review is long overdue. My experience with the clinic and staff has been nothing short of exemplary. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable in their craft, while maintaining a personable yet professional manner. They have a knack for making you feel comfortable in sometimes awkward or painful situations. It's almost fun getting injections, which sounds ridiculous I know. But they have a way of lightening things up, which makes for an enjoyable experience. Not to mention, you come out of there feeling and looking beautiful! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Martin Braun for Botox for years, and I was pretty happy with the results each time. My problem is with his wife Dr. Susan Braun. She is one terrible injector. They try to tell you "oh she is one genius filler injector" but the truth is she sucks. I have had my cheeks injected with her and I hate the way I look now. When I complained this to her and staff the first thing they said was they would change me for melting this horrible job. I decided to go to an actual dermatologist at skinworks for filler injections, Laer I found out that Susan Braun is a dentist...I mean are you even allowed to inject fillers ? None of these doctors are dermatologists but they certainly act that way. I've been a long time customer , brought so many friends to this clinic but I will never return here.

I recently visited Dr Braun's office for the first time for Botox and filler. I was very nervous when I arrived but the staff were very welcoming and professional and made me feel at ease right away. I found Dr Braun very knowledgeable explaining each procedure to me step by step. I was most anxious about the procedure being painful, but I actually found it to be virtually pain free!
I am extremely pleased with the results, and would definitely return to Dr Braun again.

I have been to Dr. Braun's office a few times now for a couple of different treatments and have always been extremely pleased with my experience there. His staff are very welcoming and professional, greeting clients with a smile. I find Dr Braun to be personable as well as knowledgeable, answering all my questions and informing me of all the details of the procedure before and while it's being performed. His expertise definitely shines through...I would recommend Dr. Braun any day!! :)

I had the pleasure and opportunity of being treated by Dr. Braun for my injuries. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of the questions posed to him from my wife and I regarding all of our concerns prior to treatment. He was extremely, patient, honest, sincere and had a great attitude. He provided me with a revolutionary new and different course of treatment involving injections was extremely appropriate and successful for my injuries. His after care attention to detail and compassion was excellent. If you have the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Braun, you are extremely fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable Dr. for your treatment. His assistants and staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. The products and services Dr. Braun and his clinic provided me was A++++. His pre op, post op care and follow up consults/appointments were excellent.

The bottom line here is that This office allows employees who are not nurses and not Dr.s to fill the vials of Botox I believe the procedure of filler comes pre filled. During my procedure i heard Dr Susan Braun ask her employee what she was doing they filed the l vials while my back is turned ( the tray of needles is kept behind you but i was curious when she said that and turned around to see the employee filling my Botox syringe .

I put it all together after raising a concern that my Botox for the first time in 13 years suddenly didn't appear to have taken effect . The result of my procedures is very disappointing but what is so so much worse is how the sales/ consultant pretend to be facial surgeon treats you when bringing up a concern. After reflecting on my experience
I feel compelled to warn the public about the unscrupulous tactics this Laser Centre employs to customers who are concerned or have complaints about their procedure . When they agreed to see me and my concerns i was immediately told about another procedure because the reason i was unhappy was because i have a deformity in the lower part of my face , I was shocked because i have never heard this from both Dr.s or any other doctor i had been to for Botox . It didn't end there the fake Dr. berated me laughed at me and clarified yes my face is so deformed that if i don't get more Botox i would only become more deformed and that she couldn't even talk about my concerns because "she cant see past my deformed face structure!"
The absolute worst part was how Dr Braun treated my concern , because the fact is he knows his employee did something very very wrong and because he makes money from it he doesn't care.

I feel like such a complete and utter fool for recommending this clinic even after the 2 people i recommended had similar concerns and had a major problem with the unprofessional manner of the assistants..

I actually believe now that after my initial consultation and rejecting the idea of spending more money and informing her If was going to do a new procedure i was going to get an opinion from an actual dr.. she purposefully under loaded my Botox syringes .

The hard line sales tactics and getting that quota are what is the bottom line for this clinic and you better know that before sitting down and spending close to $1500 or more like i did . Because unless you can prove what they did and unless they are will reverse the damage caused by fillers and bad botox you are stuck they absolutely will not help you. The fact they let unqualified people load syringes with substances that go in your face should be enough to know this place has gone completely down hill in their ethics as Drs. Im just thankful that Vancouver is a big city and i have many many options .

I came to Vancouver Laser Clinic several for botox and filler. The experience is fine. However, I came to the office again for chemical peel. I wasn't quite happy with the result and a bit worry about my skin. It was dry but no peel off. I called several times, the staff not willing to return the call at all. When they returned a call, just comment that I should have this kind of chemical peel. It is too late to tell me right !!!! The post treatment service is very disappointed/poor. Before you have the treatments, the services is good. However, anything after you are not happy, I feel like they just ignore my concerns.
