Our family (6 members) switched to Dr. Nguyen after our previous family doctor retired a few years ago. We find she is very nice and patient, and definitely very helpful. I bumped into this website because I tried to find her phone number and shocked about the rating and comments dropped by previous people.

I agree that she isn't helpful in most case. I actually miss my old family doctor but can't go to him because he's retired now. My family switched to her because she speaks vietnamese. But to be honest she gave me all these new drugs switching from my old ones and yes, i have all sorts of side effects now. Getting the appointment isn't hard but when she she prescribe meds that don't work it's just a pain. I think she's only good for getting free samples from to be honest.

Dr. Nguyen is the worst doctor I've ever known. My wife went there twice for the same problem, every time she prescribed different medication, none of them worked. The doctor refused to send my wife to a specialist even if the doctor said that she doesn't know what's wrong with my wife. I called five times to get some information, and after a week, I still didn't got any answer. The doctor speaks very bad English, because of her accent I barely can understand what she was saying. The front desk person she has there is even worst. We both moved to another family doctor, we didn't wanted to have anything to do with her. Be aware, she always prescribed wrong diagnostics for us. If you don't have a family doctor, better use a walking clinic than her services, she really doesn't know anything about medicine. I don't know how she got her lincense to practice medicine !!!

Beware fellow patients! This "Doctor" doesn't know what she's doing! She saw my little sister, the Dr told her she didn't know what was wrong (did not ask another dr or refer us to another dr) and something was in my sisters chest. The Dr prescribed unnecessary antibiotics which caused severe side effects ended up waiting 9 hours in an emergency room to be told by a hospital Dr. that the medication "Dr. Nguyen" perscribed was unnecessary, there was nothing in my sisters chest and she only had a common COLD. How is it possible a Dr cannot recognize a common cold?
