Patient of Dr. Dutchyn for over 8 years. Many comments seem to associate her directness with a poor bedside manner/rudeness. I have found her to be articulate, caring and very direct. Listens very well if you are prepared and informed. Admits when she does not know everything and refers. Possible that rapport takes some time to build and walk-in patients may find her overly gruff. If you're looking for a capable no-nonsense physician you can do a lot worse. Staff are fantastic.

Never have I ever came across a doctor like Dr.Dutchyn. She is disgustingly rude. Almost seems as if she is bi polar. She shouts and raises her voice if she is confused on what you’re saying. Arrogant and miserable lady. Do not go to her, her attitude will be a waste of your time. Get better soon Shannon!

I highly recommend Dr Dutchyn if you want someone knowledgeable, positive, honest, caring and someone who always goes above and beyond. She is absolutely dedicated to her patients and staff.
Carrissa is outstanding. You are always greeted in a warm and friendly manner. She is extremely knowledgeable, outgoing and dependable. When you come to Murals you feel welcome and important

Dr. Shannon Dutchyn is absolutely fantastic, she listens to everything and is a very thoughtful and caring physician. Chris is an absolute wonderful right hand to Shannon and so very helpful. Been going to this clinic for at least 7 years and have only great things to say about this facility

Dr. Dutchyn has been my doctor since she opened Murals Medical, I had met her at a walk in clinic and liked her so much I asked her if she also had a private practice. Turns out she was just starting one. She is very open and honest about medical issues and tells you right up front the way things are, no beating around the bush or sugar coating things. When I had my heart attack she put me in as the last patient of the day so she could spend as much time with me as possible.

I saw this Doctor as she was assisting my family Dr . She didn't dress very professionally and really was very unhappy with our interaction...really talked down to me.I left that office feeling very hurt but also very mad with myself for not being more assertive with her.Hope I never see her again!

Dr. Dutchyn was so knowledgeable and thorough with her explanations. She gave me information and options and really listened to my personal history and wants/needs. She is very direct and to the point and it was very refreshing! I would recommend her to anyone!

Needs to listen to her patients. We know our bodies. Respect goes a long way to being a good doctor. Try it out Shannon. Clarissa is a gem. Without her, I don't think you would have any patients. Come on. Change your attitude.
