Dr. Cheng was our dentist for our entire childhood/early adulthood. My sisters and I still have excellent teeth today due to the care and habits Dr. Cheng instilled in us. He was always kind and competent. We all moved away from Orleans or he would still be our dentist. I'm still getting compliments today from other dentists about dental work I had 15 years ago from Dr. Cheng. I think you deserve to know that the McKinnon family has not forgotten you! Thanks again!

My entire family used to go to Dr. Cheng for about 8 years. While his hygenists are very nice and and good at their job,we always felt like his office was a subway station, "get them in and get them out". Always felt rushed, and only ever saw Dr. Cheng once a year for about 2 mins each time. Once got scolded by his receptionist for being 10 mins. late for an appt., but, while they were usually on time, when we did have to wait up to 20 mins. past our appt. time, no apology was provided. That "scolding" was the last time we went to this office.

Dr. Cheng, just getting back from my dental visit to your new Convent Glen office and from the receptionist and the hygienist, to yourself, I found the entire experience very professional. Specifically though, this is to thank you for relieving my recent tooth discomfort. I found you to be very sensitive (no pun intended) to my pain sensitive tooth issue and more importantly, when I wasn’t too keen on potential surgical options, your alternative fix completely relieved the pain. I understand that this fix may not eradicate the pain from a life long perspective, but again I do very much appreciate the reprieve you gave me today.

Dr Cheng has been my dentist for approximately 20 year. I was always aprehensive about my dentist visit but since I Dr Cheng took over my dental care he was able to put me at ease. He explain what needs to be done, and if he can't he will make arrangement with someone who can. He make you part of the decision making and explains procedures before he performs them. I am part of his team. He understands me as a patient and tries to accomodate my schedule. His staff is always polite and respectfull. I feel fortunate to be part of this practice.

Love this Gentle Doctor! He is the BEST! I would recommend him and any of his hygenist to anyone. In fact, I did, and my husband, and two of my friends now go to him and love him too.

Dr. Cheng is arrogant and rude. He does not take any of your other physical conditions/ailments into account when he deals with a patient. He is more concerned about making money than anything else. He is not sensitive to the patient's concerns or fear about procedures like root canals. He says no one has ever challenged his abilities in 20 years. He misinterprets fear with challenging his abilities. He flippantly gets rid of you by saying you can get another dentist to put you to sleep during procedures. Thank God I have moved on to a decent, polite and sensitive dentist.

Great hygenists. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I really don't mind going at all. Dr. Cheng is very personable as are all of his staff. They do a good, gentle and thorough job. I would recommend him without hesitation.
