Dr Pierre was terrific with me. Due to a bad childhood experience with a urologist I wa terrified at having a cystoscopy. Dr. Pierre took a lot of time to hear me out and reassure me. The test was nothing at all. I am very grateful to him and Kim the nurse at the Queensway Carleton hospital who were very kind and reassuring. Also I had no problems reaching his office and dealing with receptionist.

Not paying attention or follow up after surgery complication. Visiting time period very short. Not able to show sympathy and awkward to give you bad news.

Doctor Pierre is very knowledgeable , enthusiastic , and dedicated to his patients. The only negative is his support staff who are unwilling to admit error or could be bothered w/ learning how technology works. Appointments are frequently miss handled. I also caught a bit of ageism on the part of the person who handles appointments. Patient cannot assume the administration will run smoothly , a constant verification is necessary.

Bad experience with Dr. Pierre and terrible outcome. Receptionist is impossible to reach. Appointments are extremely quick; without giving much time for questions. Surgery wasn't well explained at all; he just said it will be "easy". Operation I had done ended up failing and was botched. I urge others to get a second opinion after their first appointment with Dr. Pierre or before considering a surgery, he comes off as very charming and knowledgeable but when it came to the execution of the surgery he was unable to perform/give the desired positive results.

Rudest receptionist I have ever come across! If I could give less than 1 star for her , I would. Dr Pierre is so friendly , find it hard to believe that he would have someone like that, as the first person someone meets..very poor reflection! Otherwise..he is great.

I was diagnosed with kidney cancer on June 21st 2018 met with Dr. Pierre on June 25th 2018. He had me booked for surgery to remove my left kidney on July 12th 2018. He made me feel very comfortable and very confident. I feel truly blessed to have gotten him as my doctor he is just wonderful. He also made my family feel very welcome in all of my appointments. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
