Very rude, uncooperative, reckless office. His wife "the manager" is abusive and miserable. Constant lack of communication, uncorrected mistakes and the lack of caring and follow through are what was experienced at this office. Never dealt with such a poorly run office which is a reflection on the doctors abilities.

The doctor seemed capable but his staff was discourteous and rude. Crystal brushed my husband off when he had a question. Not returning to this office.

Dr. Semel came highly recommended from a dear friend. I can only say positive things about my experiences with him and his staff. The office staff is warm and considerate. It was so pleasant to see their smiling faces. They all truly love what they do. Dr. Semel is a highly intelligent and caring physician. He does not rush you and I feel he honestly cares for his patients.

I went to this practice in July 2015. Shortly after that visit, I was billed for expenses that my Medicare supplement had already paid. I called the doctor's office and they said that the bill had crossed in the mail with my Medicare statement. Well two months later, I received the same bill from them. Again I called. I was told the same story..it crossed in the mail. I was a little skeptical but was still willing to continue with Dr. Semel as my physician. But today, another problem arose from this office. I tried to get the script for my medicine that was supposed to have been written during a previous visit 2 1/2 months earlier. Receptionist told me I had to come in for another visit. At this time I tried to explain that the script should have been written during the previous visit and another visit was unnecessary. At this point, she became rude and abusive. I told her I was going to hang up if she continued. She said "I will hang up. GOOD BYE."

Most of the staff is fairly courteous. Dr. Semel seemed to be a good doctor; however, the receptionist has as attitude that overshadows everything else. That's too bad.

I feel that they are trying to force patients into additional visits so that they can bill Medicare for the unnecessary visits.

I would also advise those that are going there to watch the items on their billing statements very CLOSELY.
