He was very knowledgeable and compassionate.
Explained everything and all my options and did the surgery for my kidney cancer in 2012.
Writing this review in memory of this man who helped many patients beat cancer but ended up beaten by this horrible disease .

I was lucky to have Dr. Kawakami treat my Kidney Cancer. He was incredibly helpful and explained the operating procedure to me before my surgery. I was treated and lots of thanks to him and his Team(Becky).

So great to get this doc to remove my tumour. Did it with robotic keyhole surgery and recovered so well compared to my buddy who had an open prostate removal. very thankful for sure.

I was treated and operated by Dr. Kawakami. Not only I'm thankful to him I very feel lucky to cross paths with him in my life. Exceptional doctor with true dedication ! God bless him for serving and saving so many people's pain & suffering. From my perspective... A great man indeed. 🙏

After this second surgery, I have to tell others that Dr. Kawakami is a wonderful , kind and skilled Doctor. Thank you to him and his staff. I have been so fortunate to have my cancer removed 3 times in 10 years. I am forever grateful!

The doctor and medical staff took incredible care of my kidney stone and so did urgent care in Airdrie as they referred to Rockyview hospital where I was fast tracked through the process. We have the best health care and surgeons in Canada and Dr. Kawakami is a fine example of this good fortune we Camadians have. Thank you Dr. Kawakami and all staff at Rockyview Hospital and Urgent care in Airdrie. I sincerely have no words to express my gratitude.
