Dr. Allan and his staff are all amazing. I spent 3 years with my braces and finally got them off a couple of days ago! I am so happy with the results.
Everyone in the office are friendly and helpful. Dr. Allan is patient, kind. He also has. A great sense of humour, which I appreciated as a 49 year old! I would highly recommend Dr. Allan for all your orthodontic needs.

The initial appointment with my 12 year old daughter didn't allow her to consider invisaligne ( they don't make as much money on it like metal braces) and Dr. Scott told her without metal braces her teeth will fall out at age 30. After several years of braces and retainers now 16 ( a wire behind her bottom teeth) her upper teeth are moving forward. Dr. Scott accused her of not wearing her retainer...he filed off enamel from her teeth and bent the retainer, gave it back and walked off: she was very upset and confused and we had to bring her to another orthodontist. My 13 year old son received within less that 20 minutes the metal braces installed, a quick show of a floss pick and shoved out the door: no pain management suggestions, no wax information, no quality control , no supervision .... Dr. Allen Scott was present for less than 5 minutes and had an assistant do the install procedure. : within one day a wire popped off with more to follow...he was very angry at the inferior service and refused to return. We are sending him to another orthodontist who could be bothered to be present for work. Dr. Allen's assistant , Melissa, attempted once to contact me leaving a voice mail bit never available for a return call...the childrens dentist sent an e-mail detailing all the deficiencies which was predictably ignored.

I had my braces done with dr. Allen and it was always a pleasurable experience! Friendly staff, comfortable environment. Having an early morning appointment was never a chore, I felt almost excited to go and see what new adjustments they had waiting for me. Would definitely recommend him and his wonderful staff!

Professional, knowledgeable and highly competent team. From reception and administration, to technical and professional staff - Dr. Allen has created an excellent, caring, and noteworthy environment. Very attentive to clients, thoughtful professional care. Extremely efficient and effective WITHOUT the "churn 'em out" attitude many of many other orthodontist offices. Both my daughter and I are patients spanning several years. The results were beyond what I thought was possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Allen and his team.

Dr. Allen came highly recommended and he and his staff did not disappoint. I am presently using Invisalign and am delighted with process. Dr. Allen and his team are professional and personable. Would not hesitate to recommend.
