waiting is more hour and half, front desk lady is so rude. a pile of paper need to filled every time. we are so sicken tired of waiting and rudeness.

Dr. Shellenberger is very thorough, was quick to get into for more emergent situations, explained things to us in a very thorough way, was on time and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I had a son who had tubes put in and taken out by Dr. Shellenberger and I now have had tonsils and adenoids removed and sinus surgery as well and he exceeded expectations with all experiences. He's a kind person and and is nice to work with.

Excellent staff and Doctor. I had a excellent ear examination for hearing problem. I have great audio grams in the sound booth with Ms. Farrell. I have a quality hearing aids now. Hearing is improving daily.

Doctors don't get any better than this! I have had chronic ear infections and sinusitis for years and I'm being treated with the correct meds by this doctor. I had four to five infections a year

Dr. Luke is a great Dr. He's patient with our boys and talked to them on their level. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgable and helpful. He did their tubes at Cooks Children's and it was overall a great experience with both boys. His office is also easy to access, clean, and new. He took time with us and after their surgeries, both boys were walking and talking much better.
