Very unprofessional. The office staff are rude and poorly trained with street attitudes. The lose your records, lose appointments, over schedule, with no apology or accountability.

Very suprised when I read the other parents ratings. My four year old son has been seeing Dr Tottori for 3 years. I bring him in at his worst (swollen eyes, rashes & sores) all due to allergies. He has found curse & answers everytime. And I always see immediate results. It is unfortunate the other parents experience. But I can only speak for my own. He even helped me confront a bad landlord with dander carpets that made my son extremely ill ( he wrote a letter and the carpets were replaced). So I owe him my thanks for that situation specifically. I always follow his advice to a T. And it has never failed. I wish other parents the same experience. And my wait time is the same as every other doctor I have seen in Nevada. Best of luck!!!

The other parents are right when it comes to Dr. Tottori and his staff he is too over whelmed with patients and his bedside manners have left his building back in 1987, money is his drive not the patients and their care so sad, and yes when it comes to us the mother’s the father’s bringing our little ones to him; the well know allergist you would think everything is going to be fine. My child is in good hands NOT- NOT- NOT; Dr. Tottori’s staff will be his down fall one day my god have mercy on his greedy soul:

I received such poor service here that it's really sad. Dr Tottori confronted me about using nasal spray and brought another doctor to help bully me out of his office. He assumed I wasn't utilizing his advice and only using OTC stuff. He quickly barraged me with questions and kept saying, "you're screwed, you're screwed" "Why do you keep coming here? You're wasting your time!" Unfortunately in the three years I had been going there, that was the most conversation we had. And even that was fairly one sided. They never really did address all of my concerns, try immunotherapy for my allergies, give me any insight or information on my nighttime asthma or offer much in the way of helpful advice. Please see the other postings regarding this unprofessional doctor on insider pages and rip-off report. I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience with him to file a formal complaint. Patients should not tolerate an unprofessional doctor!

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone with a young child needing care. While Dr. Tottori may be a good doctor for adults, he does not have the patience for working with toddler patients.

Dr. Tattori did not take my son's food allergy blood panel and history of chronic vomiting seriously. On the blood panel, it was shown that he was allergic to all food tested. Dr. T told me that the results were more than likely false positives and not to worry. After seeking a second opinion, we found that our son has a disorder called Eosinophilic Esophagitis and cannot tolerate ANY FOOD AT ALL! He can eat only his amino acid formula and ice chips. This is a rising allergic disorder (approx 1 in 2000)and Dr. Trattori should know about it.

Dr. Tottori is a decent doctor, but has accepted too many patience. You spend very little time with him (hardly ever see him) and you mostly see his staff. 80% of his staff is rude and unknowledgeable. For five months they gave me expired immunization injections and refused to recognize any fault or the seriousness of giving expired shots. Instead they wanted me to start the treatment over at my cost. When you arrive for an appointment or injection the wait can be 30+ minutes at the Summerlin location and there are times when there is no place to sit in the waiting room. They have accepted so many patiences and are so busy that you get very little individual attention and in my case, this was the cause of the negligence. I refuse to go to this doctor any longer.
