I have been left with permanent nerve damage in the lower left jaw and lip due to a failed implant treatment that Dr Bouclin said would be "easy peasy job, nothing complicated here". I kept in touch with staff, and Dr Bouclin, only to find out that my file was not up to date, the removal of the implant was not even noted on file, the staff were not up to date to provide advice, they all told me to wait a year.. and see my family doctor. My family doctor did not want to get involved, as she said it was a dentist issue. I was left begging for help with no where to go, and developed a lot of anxiety. Finally after 9 months of begging, I was sent to a specialist in Montreal, that confirmed what I knew all along, permanent nerve damage. My life has changed for life, I wished I had never had the dental implants. Be careful.. it could happen to you! I think I will end up going to US to get some help, as I am not getting any here in Canada.

I would say Dr. Bouclin is the best dental surgeon/ periodontics in Ottawa. My first experience on my gum grafting was performed by Dr. Bouclin two weeks ago. I was extremely nervous and worried before, during and after the procedure. However, Dr. Bouclin and his staff helped me to relax and explained everything regarding the procedure. I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Bouclin and his team for their kind caring, professionalism, especially my special thanks to his expertise and caring. Everything went very well and I am very pleased with the result! Many thanks again for everything!

Great service and the whole team ensured I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. No one looks forward to gum grafts, but the team and Dr. Boy club made the process much much easier. Thank you!!

The best dental surgeon in Ottawa. Everything went really well and everyone in his office was kind, helpful and professional. They really helped me relax as I was very nervous. He and his staff are all especially caring.

I have been visiting Dr. Bouclin over a decade and I am very impressed by his service. I recently had an implant with him and mentioned that the tooth next to the implant has an infection. After he has done his job with the implant he checked the problem and urged me to see a root canal specialist. When I told him that I had an appointment booked but the waiting is long. He told me that he will contact the specialist himself to explain the urgency. After a while I got a phone call from the specialist thanks to Dr. Bouciln! He went out his way to help his patient! On top of that I had a few oral operations with him and 100% satisfied!

I had a consultation with Lise and Dr. Bouclin. All my questions were answered and although I went in unsure of how I felt about getting an implant procedure done I feel better leaving. The staff were wonderful and you can tell they all have a close relationship with each other as they are always smiling and laughing. Who knew going to a dentist could be so wholesome!

Dr. Bouclin is an exceptional, experience doctor. I have nothing but praise for him and his incredible staff. Reading the below reviews just goes to show the entitlement and compassionless people their are still out there. My appointment had been cancelled understandably so, but I was provided alternative dates. I don't understand how this can be such an issue, just go to your regular dental office until you are seen! From the reception to the clinical team, you are all wonderful. I never leave with open questions, everything is addressed and the appointments are always so personable. You guys rock!

They keep cancelling my appointments just before the appointment, even though I keep waiting months for an appointment. When the staff call me to tell me, they don't apologize, but just tell me they're doing a favour by rescheduling. Yes, I know it's pandemic, but my appointment was cancelled a year ago, and they should have booked me first when they restarted last summer, since I was one of the first to be cancelled.
