One Fertility does not offer Pre-
Implantation Genetic Testing. As a woman over the age of 35, it has been extremely challenging to go through multiple IVF cycles and frozen embryo transfers. Perhaps this clinic will train staff to provide this service onsite to patients soon. Ultimately this would save patients money and time.

Dr. Hughes is the most wonderful doctor and physician. He helped us conceive our daughter and has treated our family with the utmost caring, dignity, and respect. Dr. Hughes treats his patients like individuals and not a number. His calm and pleasant nature made the fertility process much easier. We would highly recommend Dr. Hughes to anyone.

As a patient of One Fertility Burlington, we are really unhappy with the lack of early morning appointments. It appears that the volume of patients has increase dramatically in the last few months. Therefore we believe the clinic should change its operating hours to 6:30am not 7am.

Even booking almost a week in advance, the earliest appointment is generally 8am to 9am.

What do you do when you need to leave at 8am to get to work?

If you have multiple appointments during the work week, are you expected to be late each time?

Not everyone has the flexibility to arrive late to work; day after day, month after month. This causes additional stress to those going through an already very stressful situation.

In addition to this increased volume and double booking of patients, we are now minimally waiting 30 to 45 minutes for our morning monitoring to be completed.

Again, how do we arrive to work on time when our appointments are late and we have an additional wait time because it is exceptionally busy.

Since there is such an increase in business, perhaps One Fertility could consider changing its operating time to 6:30am and hire additional staff to meet the needs of the clinic.

We had a great experience with Dr. Hughes. His demeanour was very professional and we, of course, questioned everything he said. Every other resource we found confirmed that we were getting great advice. His confidence and positivity that he could help us conceive gave us great reassurance that we could in fact have a baby. Dr. Hughes was compassionate when things were not succeeding initially. We now have two beautiful daughters and could not be happier. ONE Fertility was excellent overall. The technicians and nurses are about as good as they come. The receptionists are efficient, but not as friendly as the medical staff.

Dr Hughes was my Dr at ONE Fertility for just over one year. He was extremely patient and knowledgable. I always felt like he truely cared about me and my fertility. Expecting a little girl in April thanks to Dr Hughes and ICSI!

Dr. Hughes is a knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate doctor whose ultimate goal is to help his patients achieve their goals. I wish there would be more doctors like him.
