This doctor did show any interest in helping me and rushed me out of the door. Very poor social and communication skills. Did not demonstrate his knowledge or skills. Gave me impressions just to write any prescription and quickly out of door. He is not personable. I still had to go to seek another medical help since I did not get any answers. This appointment was waste of time and will not come back again.

He did not seem really engaged, nor did he ask the questions dr should ask to get a well rounded idea of what health concern I had. There was no one in the office and I still waited about 30mins.

This doctor showed up exactly 25 minutes after QE park clinic opened where a very long line of patients were waiting. After finally getting in, he was unhelpful and I perceived him to be uncaring. Not surprising when a doctor shows up late. I understand this is a walk-in and any "loon" patient could just walk in, however it is no excuse for poor service. The ultimate disrespect is to show up late for work. Typically at my office people who show up late don't get promotions.

One word....RUDE. Doctor Jacobsen must have been having a really bad day - or he is always like that. I found him to be belittling, arrogant and as my first word indicates - just plain rude. I will never go back to this doctor.

Wow. While I was waiting to see the doctor in this clinic, out of boredom I googled him on my Blackberry. I was surprised when I read these negative comments. I saw the Doctor and he was pleasant and very helpful with my condition. I had never seen this doctor before but he was great. It's sad that any crank can go on-line and write malicious things about others. This is a walk-in clinic and the staff is obligated to see any weirdo who wanders in off the street. Oh and the cosmetic part of the practice? Many health care professionals, including dentists, are doing some of these procedures now mainly for their mental health. ie they see less loonies in this kind of setting. Dr. Jacobsen was great.

Have been a patient of his for 3 years - find him to be absolutely committed to helping improve my health, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude. In fact through his keen observational skills - recently saved my life by finding an unusual heartbeat and pursuing it with tests and excellent choice of medication. I'm a senior - have seen lots of family doctors - Dr, Jacobson is the best I have had the pleasure to have had. Not everybody is ever going to like every Dr. they deal with - but this Dr. is exceptional for being attentive and thorough.

We have seen Dr. Jacobson for around 15 years. He has never diagnosed anything incorrectly, and when my husband had a terminal illness, he listened and answered questions for over an hour without looking concerned about the time once.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobsen for nearly 16 years. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had! His compassion and knowledge have allowed me to trust him completely with both myself and son. I love that he has a great sense of humor as well! In my opinion, I would highly recommend him to others and have on many occasions. His staff are wonderful too! I know that whatever problem I may have, I can go to Dr. Jacobsen at any time!

I wasn't impressed with Dr Jacobson at all. After waiting for an hour and a half (while other patients who arrived after me were seen before me) I finally had a 2 minute consultation with him. He didn't seem to care why I was there, he didn't even look up from his notepad. He was obviously in a rush to get me out the door. I wouldn't reccommend him & I won't be visiting the QE Park Medical Clinic again.
