Was an Invisalign patient for 2 years, I agree with most of the other comments, the doctor is never there. The assistants are very nice but it made me question the treatment i was getting considering that the doctor hardly saw me at appointments. There was too much confusion among staff & they had no problem of arguing in front of a room full of patients. It's a decent office if u have a lot of money to spend & a lot of free time to waste on waiting at each appointment.

2 girls in braces. Dr.Cziraki is barely ever there. Cranbrook office assistants have gang mentality, very rude. Whenever assistant is done taking a 2 min. check in mouth and then waits for dr. Cziraki to come look, she wanders off and doesn't return for a 1/2 hr. Whenever head gear appliance broke on my daughter, they get mad, and finaaly just took it out, and said she'de have to go other route because it's her fault it keeps breaking, and that she can have jaw surgery later. Sounds like a nice cover up for poor work on their part. Whenever a wire busts, they are saying the girls are doing it on purpose and get very mean and rude to us all. They are not doing it on purpose, and maybe if they weren't so over booked, and shut the office down all the time for their holidays, they'de do better work, and be friendlier and have more patience, and stop blaming kids, when it's actually their fault and not the kids! Poor work, and horrible staff!

Dr. Cziraki and her team have provided me with excellent care over the last 2 years during my InvisAlign period. They were flawlessly professional and friendly. Despite what other reviewers said, Dr. Cziraki personally attended 90% of my visits and checked in each time, but her team does do most of the work. I wouldn't expect anything else. I highly recommend her and her practice. They accommodated emergencies and rescheduling without issues.

I have been going to her for past 2 years for braces. I found her to be very unconcerned and unattentive about my treatment progress. Whenever I had questions and concerns about my teeth, she just says "oh don't worry about it, it's going well", but after over 2 years, my teeth are still far from finished. Normally, I'm very understanding and I know every case is different. But Dr. Cziraki cares little about her patients. She just seems to be preoccupied with seeing as many patients as possible in a day and spends very little time with your concerns. I regret going to her.

My child has been in treatment with Dr. Cziraki's staff for over a year now. The staff are great and very helpful..however, I have never met this Doctor!! She seems to buy out other orthodontist's practices and use them as satellite offices. That being said, her staff have been excellent and knowledgeable.

Dr Cziraki has been my orthodontist for 2 years now. I needed to have my teeth moved and my jaw broken. I was able to have Invisalign for my orthodontic work and I had jaw surgery with Dr Wittenberg. It has been a long journey of ups and downs but I have to say Dr. Cziraki has given me the smile I have always dreamed of! Thank you!

Dr. Cziraki has many years of experience and has treated 3 of my children. We were able to avoid jaw surgery with one of our daughters by using the head gear. She is great will children, very caring. If would recommend Dr. Cziraki as your orthodontist.

Each time I have had an appointment the staff and especially the front desk are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Cziraki has always been very puntual and is very thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain the work needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for Invisalign work!!

She's barely there at all, when you ask the staff questions they refer you back to her, but then when you come back next time she's still not there. My treatment was supposed to last less than 2 years, it's been 3 years and I'm far from being done. They really don't care about you at all, it's all about the money they make off you. And still, even though it's really expensive, you don't get the value for the money. Since I have the braces my teeth moved in a way that I don't like, I kept asking about that EVERY SINGLE TIME I was there, because it's really uncomfortable for me, I was told it is just a temporary thing and it will be fixed bu the end of the treatment. Last time I was there I was told that's the way they're supposed to be, so there will be no fix! And she leaves the room and leaves you with the assistant again who cannot give you more explanation. When I'm thinking I paid all that money and I am not even happy with my smile!
