Worst admin I have ever meet in my life . She blamed me for her mistake . She is loud and obnoxious. She should be fired and replaced asap .

Dr Stewart is a brilliant doctor. Very helpful and kind .

Would not recommend just because his admin is impossible to deal with .

I had a staged TURP from Dr. Stewart to reduce the size of my very large prostate. The first surgery did not go well; my catheter got blocked more than once, I suffered from urinary urgency and there was blood in my urine that didn't go away. The second surgery went much better; the catheter came out after a week and I started peeing normally after about a month. I strongly recommend Dr. Stewart for prostate surgery.

This is one of the worst offices I’ve experienced. I’ve had two (early) appointments where the doc left me waiting for 2.5 hours. Horrible office and time management, and they don’t seem to care about anything but front-end loading the waiting room with blank cheques. Disgraceful. A specialist, but not a professional at ALL.

I was very satisfied with my appointment yesterday. The assistant responded promptly to my voice message, and was very helpfully able to fit me into a cancellation.
Dr. Stewart asked the right questions, then patiently and very clearly answered all of mine. I came away feeling very confident in the recommended path forward. Yes, there may be a delay in appt start time, but it was well worth it.

Dr. Stewart is an excellent urologist. He is kind, understanding and a very caring gentle soul. He was patient in explaining my symptoms and condition and very assuring of treatment possibilities.

His office is exceptionally well run, by an Administrator who reflects his views. She is most helpful as well as gently speaking with such compassion, warmth and reassurance that she would take care of all my required appointments as well as seemingly paying personal attention to all my needs.

I agree with few comments regard the secretary .. she is brutal . Loud obnoxious voice and did same thing as other reviewers mentioned… blames me for her incompetence!!!! He needs to replace her please complain if this happens to you. He is ok. Abrupt a bit know it all . Can’t comment on surgery just had consults . However I asked for sedation for cystoscopy because I have very bad pain and he refused which I thought was Not nice we can’t treat everyone the same he said”I don’t waste operating room time” WTh??? I need it I can’t tolerate it. It’s a torturous procedure for some . That’s not individualized care others have done it .
