HORRIBLE! ANYONE that is giving this fraud a 5 star is a fake! HORRIBLE staff! You can’t ever get an appointment. They just tell you go to the ER. I can’t even get a prescription renewed. Thank goodness for shoppers. I had shingles and was told by ER to make a follow up appointment with my doctor. When I FINALLY was able to talk to someone, they AGAIN just told me to go to the ER!! I also have other health problems and I have always been belittled and just make me get more and MORE blood work done. That’s even if they can actually fill out the requisition form properly. I could go on forever!!!!
But looking back over the past 10 PLUS years, it’s disgusting how long this crook has been practicing. I probably wouldn’t be so over prescribed if it wasn’t for him!!

Refused to allow prescribed diagnostics and medications by specialists, refused to provide results from specialist procedures, told me that people over 40 are not supposed to live anyway, tried to push pharma company anti-depressants instead of treatment for diagnosed diseases. Committed fraud with my account for years pretending to be my doctor when he was not. Pretended to have knowledge that he was clueless about. Alienated and pushed away other better doctors in the same clinic. Avoid this fraud at all costs.

Dr. Bhatty is absolutely awesome. He is caring, takes a great deal of time in seeing me and my family. I have recurring health conditions and he is always on point to inform me through his office. He is really thorough with his approach, an absolute gentleman.

He is horrible. Don’t be overweight or all your health problems are because of that! Cough? Overweight. Pain in shoulder? Lose weight. Like he is so rude and inconsiderate like it’s so easy to lose weight. I was 14-19 going to him and It was always “lose weight” walked out feeling crappier mentally then my actual reason being there. My moms been going there as well and she always comes out feeling worse about herself. He acts like everything is our fault and can be changed if we just lost weight. Inconsiderate.

He is the absolute worst Doctor I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Stay away from him and his practice, Phoenix Health Care. There is no care.

Terrible doctor. Went to ask for urine/blood work for routine check for sti etc... When asking me what I wanted to be checked for I said yes to everything as I don't see why I would leave anything out. When he asked if I wanted to be checked for aids and I said yes he asked if I would pay 500 to be checked for it if I was paying out of pocket, I said probably not and he advised that's how much is paid each time someone gets checked for it and advised unless I'm having unprotected sex with men or escorts/strippers I probably don't have it. What a way to make me feel horrible and not do this test. I am a straight male but I could only imagine how uncomfortable it is if he's saying that to someone who isn't and that must be against some board of ethics to push someone away from doing a test and he also told me next I would be billed for missing a previous appt (which I never missed) when asked about the date in question, someone had contacted me to reschedule the date in question right after I booked and I guess didn't take out the previous one. Horrible doctor.

Dr Bhatty is one of the most caring doctor I have met. He has taken his time to come up with plan to figure out my complex health needs. Love his office staff specially his nurse Natalie.
He called me at home to inform me of serious results and took 45 minutes to explain them to me at 11pm. I am forever grateful for the care he provides and passion he has for his work.

Horrible bedside manner, he has one foot out the door before even finishing talking and doesn't ask if you have any questions or concerns. I found him to be dismissive and not knowledgeable about pregnancy tests and infant issues.
