Dr. Megan McGrath is awesome, caring and thorough. My family have switch to her and my colleagues too. The Nurses are great too. I totally dislike the front desk people. The are not friendly or easy to work with. I tolerate them because I so like Dr. Megan Mcgrath. If they can change the front desk people and make it more customer friendly I would rate everything as 5 stars.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of. Ignored by request to please not send my lab results to my home to avoid breach of patient confidentiality.

Dr McGrath has seen me through some very rough times. She gives me great attention, is thorough, explains everything and follows-up.

I came to see Dr. Mcgrath a day after my emergency room visit as my insurance will not allow immediate care visits. I had severe bladder infection ( I had those all my life). I had finally aquired insurance and asked Dr. Mcgrath to send me to a urologist. She denied my request and said that because ther aren't any cultured samples of my urine and there aren't any documented cases she wanted to wait and see if i'll have 5 more cases of UTI or bladder infections before she would let me reach a urologist. I almost came out crying because she kept telling me that there is no way i had uti's and that i probably have yeast infections. On top of that she told me that you only go to the emergency room when you have 'chest pains' not a UTI. I had called her later that day telling her that the pain I experience is so bad i can not take it anymore and she still denied me a urologist. I had to go through my OBGYN to get a referal.

I have seen Dr. McGrath two times now, and both times she spent a lot of time with me and seemed to really care. She helped me find a doctor who got to the bottom of my frequent falling. She was patient, and knowledgeable. I am glad my co-worker recommended her to me.

Doctor was very unhelpful and not motivated to help. When we described my situation and told her I have pain she just told me there is nothing wrong with me. She did not pay much attention, frequently left the room. I did not feel that she was helpful or cared enough to perform a detailed evaluation. I will definitely not be returning to her.
