Dr Fales and staff scared my daughter so badly she urinated on herself and after asking for her mom (who was forced to wait in waiting room) she was told Her mom couldn't go back til after procedure. She had to sit in wet peed in clothes for 45 mins. I was not made aware of any of this til after the procedure was over!! She was crying, scared, and very upset!! She is SIX!!

Awesome Dr. and staff! Love the therapy dog and the kid-friendly office and approach! My kids are never scared to go to the dentist and Dr. Fales is always kind and gentle. They all go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. Love the cookies at the end and all the games the kids can play. It is obvious everyone at this office enjoys what they do and why they do it. I also like it that they see people with special needs and do a lot of charity work. That speaks volumes about their character. Dr. Fales is obviously very skilled and experienced and I trust his care completely and highly recommend this office!

I went to Dr Fales office because my sons denist was out of town and we needed to have a tooth checked. The assistant we had was so fun. She knew what she was doing along with how to make my son relax (I never thought that would happen in a dental office). Abby took the time to explain proper brushing to both my son and myself along with answered questions I had after Dr. Fales had left our room. She was running a little late but I 100% understood after she was so particular with us. I plan on going back for regular cleanings.

We went to this dentist for a couple years. I increasingly found Fales to be very unattentive and more flirting with his staff. Not to mention, one children knocked their tooth and we called to see if we should have them looked at (it became loose). After their recommendation to come in, the Fales gave me a lecture about not wanting to pull the tooth and I didn't need to come in. Great, so I paid to come in for nothing. Anyhow, overtime, I found Fales to have little patience for very little children, I finally decided to move on.

I don't know why these other reviews are here, He is the worst dentist ever!!!He filled my sons teeth that had no cavities, he tortured my son in his office and yelled at him and my child could not sleep for weeks from nightmares of Dr. Fales!!!!

I really love the staff and the kids, my daughter and my son, have enjoyed the video games and other entertainment provided for the kids. Dr. Fales and his staff are very professional yet they do not come across as cold and businesslike. They come across as fun and not anyone to fear and I'd recommend this office highly to anyone with children and would say that even the parents can get into the spirit of fun when they step into the office and see the fish and delightful artwork and all. The office is just that awesome!

We have 2 boys who have been to Fales for about 11 years and they are enamoured with him and his staff! John explains things to the kids and the parents and is very knowledgable and fun! Great guy, great staff!

We have been going to Dr. Fales for many years. He always takes time to explain and makes the kids feel at ease. His office staff make going to the dentist a fun experience.

Dr. Fales is a great guy - he's a pediatric dentist who also specializes in special needs patients. He's very knowledgeable and loves sharing what he knows with his patients. He's good with kids and puts them and their parents at ease.
