This man is terrible and unprofessional! At one time he walked in eating a sandwich while working on my teeth and had his wife helping him in the role of a dental hygienist. I am assuming by how poorly he treats his staff he was short handed. I have never done a review before but I can honestly say I am surprised this rude and I am sorry "gross" man is still in business!

Very friendly worked well with my insurance. He did excellent work on my teeth and answered all my questions. I love my all white crowns

He's punctual, and knows what he's doing. But his attitude, and the attitude of his staff, is just terrible. He's rude and condescending, treating patients like children and his staff like slave labor. I've never been treated so poorly by ANYONE in any type of service industry in my entire life. I will give him credit for his technical skills - procedures I've had done there have been quick and as painless as possible. But, his skills seem to just add to his overall arrogant attitude. When doing work, he explains things too quickly, just assuming that you'll be ok with everything. ANY questions asked will be met with irritated sighs and extremely patronizing explanations. His abused staff isn't much better, but I can't really expect them to be, with how badly their boss treats them. Sure, he's on time, and he does decent work, but there's absolutely no excuse to be so rude and snobby to patients. Actively looking for a new dentist; I wouldn't suggest Ira Neufeld to anyone.

Nice Dentist. I had a really bad toothache and they got me in right away. They could not save the tooth so they gave me some laughing gas and some local and took it out. It did not hurt. I maid an appointment to get an exam

Ira Neufeld in olathe is the WORST dentist to go to. very rude and unprofessional. Yells at his patients and treats them very very poorly. he has messed me up twice now and had caused damage to my face and mouth and still after two visits for a root canal the job is still not finished. Im not sure I can trust another person to work on my teeth very again. very unclean as well. says rude things about you and infront of you the nurses play with there cell phones while working on you. they dont talk to you or treat you well. the office is very messy and dirty. At one point while working on me he got mad at me and threw a tool on my chest. wiped his eye with a glove on and went back to working on my mouth and then put both hands on his head and rub his hair and went back to working on me. I have filed a complaint with the Kansas Dental Board and Association on him.

Best Denetist in KC He does my whole family. Great with Kids. Did some beutiful crowns on my front teeth. Did a great root canal on my husband.

I'm normally not a complainer but Dr Neufield is such a rude obnoxious person I can't help myself. I would suggest you read the other reviews on this page before using him as a dentist. I was disappointed in both his service and attitude.
