Loved Dr. Burgmeier and his staff! Every time I go in they are happy to see me and can always remember things about me and my family (makes me feel memorable and not just another income). I've never dreaded coming to this dentist, it's more like visiting a family member.

Unfortunately, Dr. Burgmeier recently hired a dental hygienist who is condescending and disingenuous. She did not have concern for my fears and addressed my worries with snide humor and rudeness. I did not feel comfortable and she wasn't very gentle either-key for a good hygienist. Poor employees reflect poorly on the dentist (who you see for maybe 5 minutes while there). Dr. Burgmeier lost my family's business and we've been going for 10 ten years!
