Dr Minina was great and very helpful at explaining my health problem. Her staff on the other had didn't seem to want to help me out when it came to my medication needing a prior authorization. I called and spoke to 3 diffirent people about my p.a. and everytime I call I have to re-explain my situation because it seems like noone seems to document the situation on my chart. The nurse that I spoke to said that there was nothing she could do unless she got a phone number for the ins. (which I called in myself to 2 different people at the office) to call to and the pharmacy had to fax it to them. Which to my knowledge the pharmacy did on a couple occasions. To me it just seemed that they weren't willing to bother with me once I wasn't in the office.

I was very satisfied with the attention I received at Dr. Minina's office. She showed a sincere interest in my medical problems and explained me in detail my condition, how the medication works, etc. Her office staff followed up with the Dr's instructions.
